The only issue I had was that I couldn't use the key word(s) or "upstream" or "downstream" when searching for my O2 sensors. No biggie.

I have been a customer of Parts Geek for several years and have had a satisfactory experience up until my last 2 orders...First order the part was defective and 2nd order the incorrect part was shipped, which Part Geek ordered to replenish defective part. The bottom line is I have interacted with Parts Geek staff to no avail. Their responses are all. "Canned" disallowing / getting them off the hook, to dig a little deeper for the accurate information...My impression is they feel they did their job based on the current policies...now, after a month i finally received two refunds for the equipment only...Ther is still about $40 still on the table for shipping back the defective and incorrect parts, I purchase another Alternator from another vendor which cost about the same amount as the shipping costs that Parts Geek did not reimburse mi. I am a retired retail business owner, and I will tell you that your policies / personnel need a major overhaul...

The cabin air filters do NOT fit. I am trying to process the return online, but your system will not accept the image I am trying to upload. Extremely frustrating. Not to mention that the product does NOT indicate the direction of air flow. It does look like a well-made product.

Good selection, the chat can be overwhelming flashing on the screen when you're trying to look, wish you had warranty info on each part plus faster shipping options, would be nice if you would highlight the OEM parts for your vehicle.

First off the parts sent were for the vehicle but they were not manufactured correctly being sent out to fulfill orders before the work on the product was even complete ie needed to be drilled out further and as for the ignition coils they are the same set i ended up having to purchase anyway after sending them back!!! Why did I have to send back the same damned part I was ordering why couldn't I simply recieve store credit for the parts returned or simply recieved a refund less the cost of the parts i needed to keep also your returns people need to speak clearer English i spent most of my call trying to figure out what your representative even said to me and having him repeat himself this was probably more aggravating then doing the picture for the return they were nice enough however being able to actually communicate is very very very important and as such once our transactions are completed i probably won't be doing biz with your site again for quite some time unless your is the only place to aquire my parts hopefully the ignition coils I bought dont end up needing to be returned also as this would just add to the list of reasons not to return
