I made out an order. Unfortunately there were 2 types of filter applicable for that year vehicle. This was not brought to my attention at the time I placed my order or was there a check your VIN number suggested. When the part didn't fit being a 5 prong not the 3 prong filter my vehicle used I was told by customer support I had ordered the wrong filter. I had to call my Mercedes dealership to find out that there were 2 filters offered for that year. Why Parts Geek didn't have this in the initial order form I don't understand and for customer service to blame me the customer for an oversight on their system's setup lost them a customer. I have no problem taking responsibility for my mistakes when they are my mistakes, but filling out an order form and receiving the wrong part and being told that I was the source of the problem was unacceptable and paying for special handling for which I am not being reimbursed is unacceptable. Parts Geek sucks.

I looked up the 4th gen pathfinder and Q60 brake booster. Only one showed up and was out of stock for multiple days and still is as I type this. So I google the the same part and it pulls up your site for two more boosters and even had one even cheaper than originally showed for a Q60. The only complaint.
