Checkout was not smooth, only because of the updated shipping/billing addresses but I got it to work fine. The "we found these changes to your address" would not let me click the radio buttons... long story I don't feel like typing more, sorry.

Had to upgrade my MacBook Pro HD and discovered my Battery was swollen The Upgrade done with Carbon Copy, I thought went well, until I started to use my applications and then discovered something was Not working right and had to downgrade the Upgrade to get back on track.

Search function was not helpful. Did not provide results after entering tools, computer tools, etc. The only way I found what I was looking for was going to the bottom of the page and finding a listing for tools.

1) The link to TOS for my purchase took me to a page that had nothing to do with purchases, but only to the TOS of your site. I had to scroll for 5 minutes looking for the Terms of Service for my actual purchase. 2) I resent the fact that you do not cover shipping costs, that you try to upsell a maintenance package at over $150 for a single year when you should stand by your products for at least a year without charge. 3) Editing the shipping address and the billing address on your site is a PAINFUL experience. After editing, the site would not accept my changes, continued to suggest modified changes, and then would not accept even the modified changes that it suggested. Additionally, There needs to be a field for shipping and delivery instructions. I have no idea whether the purchase will be left at the gate, the door, whether it needs a signature, whether my neighbor can sign for it, what day it will be delivered... 4) The last product I purchased from OWC, an iMac costing $2,400 turned out to be a complete PIECE OF SHIT. It is slow like molasses. I called OWC technical service roughly 100 days after purchase. They told me I'd be responsible for maintenance costs and shipping and I "should have bought the service package package when I paid for the machine". I have a very negative view of your company due to this interaction. I have decided to give it one more chance with my current purchase of a MacBookPro but I don't have high expectations based on my previous experience. Hoping you surprise me this time. 4) Why did I go to the OWC site, but now I am on the "MacSales.com" site, with absolutely no explanation whether those two sites are linked or connected? 5) Why does it ask for a coupon code at checkout while purchasing a used Apple product, but then refuses to accept any coupon codes for Apple products on your site? That is very misleading. Either you accept coupons for my purchase or you don't. If not, don't bother me about it. 6) Please don't try to aggressively upsell random products to me while I'm making a purchase. If I wanted extra cables, connectors, hard drives, hard drive cases, breakout boxes or power supplies, I would have looked up and purchased those products myself. The online Apple Store itself is much less heavy-handed. It tends to display a small window suggesting "Items often purchased together..." Your site seems desperate in comparison.

I thought the checkout went on and on when it seemed to be faster before to get through it, but I guess in the light of things that are going on in the world today it’s probably better to have more security measures, and really no complaints.
