I've used La Mer consistently for approximetely 10 years and I have been pleased with most of the products. However, I'm quite dissapointed that the makeup line has been discontinued. I have relied on the illuminator and skint tint for many years. I really used to be pleased with the perfecting treatment.

The website is glitchy and hard to use. Honestly, if I could get your gifts through Nordstrom, I would buy from them just for the service, like I did for the past 10 years. Also, when I did make a call to inquire about a product your staff member was rather condescending and was unable to answer my question about the difference between the two eye creams I was asking about. I do love your products. Chantecaille is my favorite, but I have started switching off with La Mer full time and my skin shows it. So, I know you don’t have to change a thing to keep me coming back. However, the thought of ordering from your site fills me with dread. It may sound dramatic, but it has that same glitchy-ness as my husband’s medical records account. It would be great if your site and your staff met the same level as your products.

Horrible. I have been trying to check out for 5 days. The paypal button is not working. While I was delayed with checkout, my samples stocked out. Finally today after 5 minutes of pressing the paypsl buttons I finally go it to work. So annoying. Unfortunately, I purchased creme de la mer from bloomingdales, but it was expired.
