An order that should not have incurred shipping fees ended up generating shipping charges at the time of purchase. I contacted customer service immediately after payment to confirm the shipping fee issue. After checking, the customer service told me that the shipping fee could be refunded after receiving the goods. However, when I received the goods and contacted customer service again to refund the shipping fee, your customer service refused, sometimes saying that your page was being renovated, and sometimes saying that the previous customer service reply was wrong. Even though the page rules were still free shipping when I contacted them, they just did not handle it as promised. After more than an hour of communication (which was simply a waste of my time), I was told they would send an email to apply for processing, but after three days, I still did not receive the email. This was the first order I placed on your official website, and the experience was extremely poor! Later, I called customer service, and the customer service handled my request promptly without so many difficulties. Your online customer service is really terrible.
