I've been a loyal customer for many years. My skin has never looked and felt better. I always appreciate the samples as they come in handy for traveling. LA MER is a great product. I am wondering if you would ever consider a referral program to share with friends. The pricing is steep but worth it.

I don’t like if I use Apple Pay that I do not get samples. And the gifts and coupon codes are not always easy to find and pick the samples and gist options. I have to know where to go and that u need to select what u want and ur not offered it at check out. I’ve missed out on samples and offers. I missed out on samples last order I made with La mer because I used Apple Pay and I had a lot of trouble using the chat feature and getting thru to customer service. They would not add my two samples an hour after I made the purchase and I was quite disappointed as this was a purchase for my daughter.

One thing that upsets me though is, I’m supposed to get two free samples with every purchase and I never do. It says right on the website, free samples with every order and you never send me free samples with my order. I’ve purchased about four or five times from the website this year and I never received the free samples in my order and it’s starting to piss me off.

La Mer advertised $75 off a $350 purchase, but the discount would not apply unless my cart totaled approximately $800. After contacting customer service multiple times, I was offered a lesser discount or told to pay full price and wait for a refund. Rather than addressing the misleading promotion, representatives continued offering workarounds. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable from a luxury brand.

So tired of not being able to use points to buy what I want. Also tired of being offered gifts, only to find out at point of check out that - because La Mer wants to entice people to purchase - the terms of gift are stated unclearly. SOOOO tired of this experience. Product is excellent, so I put up with this ... otherwise, I would not.

You were already too expensive but I see you are raising your prices. I now have to search for other products that are similar in quality but not as expensive. It’s unfortunate because I love your products. As the economy gets worse, I’m embarrassed to let people know how much I pay and that I use your products. Using your website on my iPhone is such a pain. Very slow site and often freezes.
