This website is so disappointing. I always enjoying samples when I purchase something so I can try new products. Usually you get to choose two, but today there was only one available. Also, I have experienced delayed shipping in the past and other issues like requesting a gift box which should be provided by default because there is no extra charge, but getting the products I ordered as gifts for others coming in an ugly cardboard box as if I ordered it from Amazon. Out of all the luxury brands I buy via the internet, La Mer has the absolute worst customer service and doesn't seem to care about maintaining relationships with their loyal customers. This is probably my last order directly from La Mer because I can get the same products through Costco at a greatly reduced cost, or I can shop and Nordstrom where I will ALWAYS get lots of samples of virtually anything I want, plus triple points on beauty purchases, which equals generous cash back to buy other things AND expedited shipping without an extra cost. In short, the La Mer Website and its customer service is embarrassingly bad. As a company, you should be ashamed of yourselves..
