It was nice to take a quiz and get a skincare routine recommendation but not sure why it came after I answered only one extra question, what did I most want to improve about my eyes. Still, I have always had tremendous regard for this brand and am so thankful I finally switched. My skin has never felt better.

I have been using the La Mer products for 20 years and they have been terrific for me. I am 80 years old and and people don't believe my age and tell me I have a very nice skin. The story of the doctor that created this product inspired me to try it, since I was badly burn, 65%, like he had been and was trying to create a product that helped reducing the burn scars.

i called and told rhe customer rep the pump on my product was broke and wanted a replacement because i couldnt use the product. she said they didn't have a replacement so they would send me another in 5-10 business days. she told me to send a picture of the pump that was broke and stuck. i have never received the replacement. very disappointed in the cheapness of the pump and for being told i would receive a replacement product and didnt. All i wanted was a new pump. Also they didnt have some of the product i wanted to order and told me they didnt know when it would be available. Why send me an email to buy product when it isnt in stock and dont know when it will ne available?

The website is very slow and not easy to navigate. The different pages take forever to display. I am always surprised by how high-quality the products you are selling are and how poor the online experience is. I have been buying through the website for several years, and I always feel the same. The crème I ordered was not what I had night in the past. It was very thin and beige. I don’t know if the formula changed.

The website is in a word "funky " it doesn't look or function cleanly. For such an upscale product it is surprising how nin-smooth it is. Please revampnit for user ease. Even splash screen is funky with the "account" at bottom in different font. Surprisingly inferior user experience. Also lots of products are not in stock and won't count towards specials. Why is that our fault as a client you don't have many times in sgock. Bad look. Love the products tho! :)

It stated I was to receive 2 samples today, but only one was offered! The past time I did not receive any samples at all . There was not a place to request them.

Some of the products are incredibly similar and it’s not clear why choosing one would be superior to another. Also, your classic eye treatment formula has changed. Many many people are asking you to confirm this or deny it. Yet, there’s no public response to consumer complaints. I’m also at the Ultramarine level and I’m supposed to be able to have products engraved and receive a “birthday gift”. Neither of which are offered. I also wish that you would restock the travel size foaming face cleanser. It’s been sold out for quite some time and it’s definitely the product that is most desirable for travel (the samples are fine for the other products). I do love La Mer and have purchased it for years. Please try and reward the people who spend thousands of dollars a year with a little more then lip treatment. For example: I would welcome the opportunity to try new products for you or receive larger sample size (maybe the travel size) products when I place an order. Thank you!

The skincare line I used for many years appears to be going out of business so I decided to try La Mer and one other brand called Furtuna Skin and La Mer is the winner for me. Not all the products are available online and I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for a product that still states it will ship in 1 to 4 weeks. La Mer is definitely on the high end of skin market, but I’m loving the products.

The customer service is really good. The last time I ordered, the free gift I wanted was out of stock, so I reached out to customer service, and they kindly sent me some samples that were actually suitable for me instead. I really appreciated that. The only downside is that a lot of products tend to sell out during major promotions, so sometimes there are things I want to buy but can’t get.

I’m a first-time customer and joined the Waves de La Mer membership as prompted on the website. However, I was unable to use the $75 welcome offer even though my purchase was over $600. The website kept saying the offer was only valid for first-time loyalty members, even though I had just joined. This was confusing and frustrating, and I hope the issue can be fixed for new members.
