I wish there were more reminders that my points expired. Because I had about 2,000 points expire last year. On redeeming points for prizes, I hope the site will give clearer links. The website is clear and it is easier to find items.

There was a “hitch” on checking out that would not let me type in my name that is on my credit card. I had to try over 7 times to get it to work. I called the Customer Care phone number and as I was waiting it allowed me to finally type in my name.
