I just returned to woodwind and brasswind to use my instore credit from one of my previous purchases, I think the combination of music and arts has now lost my account purchases and my credit. I called the online service and unfortunately were unable to provide any clarity for the situation. Please work on this.

I miss the days before covid where you could actually test out instruments before you buy. I used to drive 3 hours to South Bend to play various models. Now you have to order, wait months for the instrument to be made and shipped from Japan. Luckily for me, the instrument is what I wanted and played very well. I know the supply chain is still backed up from 4 years of covid, but I missed being able to buy an instrument and have it in a week instead of months. Wwbw, is still a great company and they are always very helpful. Everyone is very nice.

I ordered a nrew mouthpiece which I thought would work well for my sound. My order arrived fast & on-time, in perfect condition. The mouthpiece sounds great and I have no complaints or issues whatsoever! I use WWBW exclusively, because of their return policy allowing me to try out several mouthpieces and keep the one I like best. This policy is the best in the industry and why millions of customers rely on WWBW for their mouthpiece purchases.

This was my second purchase from Woodwind and Brasswind. This time I ordered both piano music and saxophone music. I am new to the piano and wanted some easy tunes to play. I am self-taught on the sax although I grew up playing the clarinet, and I wanted some music for the sax to sharpen my skills. I am pleased with all the music I purchased. There was a wide selection to choose from which I appreciated.

I cannot log into WWBW as a customer. Everytime I try my password doesn't work. I try to change and it will not let me. I am so frustrated with this I give up and shop elswhere first then will come back to WWBW as a visitor.

I’m a little confused about where the payment for this item is coming from. Is it coming from the credit card that I just entered or was this added to the balance of a much larger order I placed a few months ago? It was unclear, because the balance of both items were brought up during checkout.

My first shipment was completely the wrong item. I called and a correct replacement item was received in two days, but no return label was received for the incorrect item as promised. I called again and a return label was received by email within 10 minutes of my second call. WWBW had the product at a good price, the CS people were helpful, and the shipping was fast.

I called WWBW and was told that they “harmonized” with this new owner and that my previous WWBW info was no longer valid. I told the rep that I’d take my business elsewhere, and i did

Ordered two items. Only one was delivered. Called customer service twice. Both times phone quality was very poor. Automate4d phone support was terrible. Once phone problems were resolved, the customer service person took care of the missing item, promising to reship it (haven't received yet.) Your interface with music and arts is awful and incomprehensible.
