I ordered three items on November 10,they were supposed to be shipped within 2 to 4 days but on the 18th They still were not shipped. I canceled the order on the 18th as the anticipated shipping date was still unknown. On the 19th I received an email that all three of the products I ordered were not available any longer. I was very frustrated because I needed these items timely, it was a waste of time. Why were they on your website if you don’t carry them?? When I reached out, customer service was not aware that the items were not available. It was a large headache and I won’t be ordering from you anymore .
