I think the design options for this flooring are unique and as a general contractor I recommend it to clients whenever they are looking for LVT. I used it in my own home as well and love it.

I liked the materials of construction, but the size of the "terrazzo" pieces was larger than I expected. Also, the background color was more of a beige and not as light as I had hoped, so that the sample looked like it needed to be cleaned. I would recommend Allure to friends who are looking for flooring, it seemed like a good, durable product.

I have been very impressed with the customer service staff answering all my questions for the best selection. The samples and products came quickly and were packaged efficiently with no damage. The tracking info was timely and helpful. The Terrazzo pattern has a retro design perfect for my vintage kitchen while appearing fresh and modern. I am also pleased with the non-plastic, non- shiny look and how it feels under my bare feet. And lastly, the price was affordable.

I ordered a sample and it came way sooner than expected. The quality is great. A very nice matte finish. In fact, I had it with me at a flooring store and they asked where I got it because they want to carry it and have never seen anything like it.

The color of the floor is not what is advertised online. I bought the Ultimate Honeydew Terrazo flooring which is shown to have bright colors but when I opened the package the colors are much more muted. It’s like someone boosted the vibrancy in the online photos to make the flooring more appealing. I would not have bought the flooring if I knew this is how it was going to look. I was so excited about this floor and I’m just so bummed out now. What am I supposed to do? Do I return it? Or do I just install it and be unhappy? This is going in my art studio, which is my business, and I literally can’t work in there without the floor installed so I’m forced to decide to live with it or go through another 2-3 weeks where I can’t work in my studio until new floor arrives. I feel deceived.

Flooring is very nice looking, seems super durable and waterproof, perfect for a kitchen or bathroom. Looks great against my maple cabinets and next to my hickory living room floors. Would recommend!

Love the terrazzo flooring. Colors are perfect for a bathroom at an old Adirondack Camp we inherited. Goes well with the pine paneling. Hoping to use another color in a second bathroom remodel. Feels very cushiony underfootwhich is what we wanted.

We ordered the terrazzo sweet peach tile for a renovation project and liked it so much we decided to do another section of the house and ordered more! It was out of stock so i contacted customer service and they gave me the date it should arrive back in stock and then I got an email when it was available.Great customer service and great product.

I ordered samples of the terrazzo brown colored flooring. Now normally I love your flooring, but these colors just looked like a dirty garage floor. The others that had some brown looked like blotches of blood. I do love the earl grey. Please study real terrazzo .

The product is great. The delivery was timely. Getting in touch with customer service was extremely difficult. Instructions that were given on the website were confusing. Instructions given on the phone referred to the confusing website. I couldn’t find a live chat of any kind. I managed to get through by picking one of the phone menu options, even though that option had nothing to do with my question, and explaining my question to the person who answered the phone and was able to give me an email address to use.

The floor is beautiful and just as I thought it would be. Delivery was quick. Contacting customer service was extremely difficult. I called the toll-free number on the website. I received an automated message referring me back to the website for a live chat. There was no option for live chat on the website that I could find. Finally I called back the toll-free number and made a selection and talked to someone in any department. That person helped me, but I should not have had to call and search the website numerous times only to call again and in desperation select an option that I wasn’t interested in just to get my help.

The experience on the website was good. It was easy to find the product I was looking for. It was harder to figure out how much flooring I needed to buy every time I put in a square footage it told me zero boxes. So that may be something you want to fix.

I would recommend Allure flooring to anyone looking for terrazzo style flooring that can be easily installed. The flooring samples I received were large enough to get a really good idea of the finished product. The product is sturdy. Allure is the only place I have found that offers LVT in a pattern other than wood grain, and I've searched everywhere!

Wood plank flooring is too common. This is just what we were looking for. It makes our bathroom look completely different. I emailed to ask how long delivery takes and got an answer the same day. Very satisfied.
