I have only ordered four free samples of the allure terrazzo look flooring. There aren’t enough customer reviews of this product online to make one feel like you really know what it looks like in different homes—reviews barely exist nor mentions anywhere online much, nor photos— not enough photos on the website,. Perhaps because it has only been out less than a year. It was easy to find out about the tracking and samples came two days earlier than expected! Being larger than some of the samples stores give out was helpful. Arriving early – – That was helpful to move along the process of deciding. Most of the questions in the survey did not apply because I did not purchase a product and technically did not make an order of product and cannot recommend it one way or another because I have not installed it in my home. But from the samples, I can tell you that it seems sturdy and the design turned out to be a direction that I am not intending to go in now, but I almost did. It would be a very fun and celebratory Look in my space, the honeydew, or peach or blush; and the ultimate parfait or perfect parfait are more calm. I already have indigo cabinets and barely blush walls so I decided to go in a more calm direction on the floor. Looking at the marble look now. When I called customer service, the woman was not familiar with how to guide me using my iPhone to view the product and basically was no help and I had to figure it out on my own.. I have emailed with the customer service a lot and, they miss words/don’t pay attention, but we get there in the end. The survey asks about online chatting, but that is not an option on the website so that does not make sense. If there was an online chat, I probably could have moved through this process and ordered by now! It is a little bit like pulling teeth to get answers. I suspect a language barrier. Seems nuts in this day and age of artificial intelligence!
