The colors is what attracted me to the site and want to order. We are building a new home and were looking for something different for the scullery. This is going to be a showstopper! We ordered a sample first to make sure and were very pleased. We then ordered what we needed for the project. So excited to see it when it is completed.

The LVP flooring is beautiful. They snap together as shown in the tutorial. This is our first flooring of this kind so we need a year or so to see how it holds up. Problem, with the transition strips. They didn't come with instructions for the different transition types. The video only showed a slight transition from flooring to carpet. What about the transition from flooring to a tile floor. The current transition strips with the shims do not meet the proper height. Because of the height of the tile floor, my husband had to make his own shims that were angled so that the flat transition was abled to reach and put a lip on the tile floor and a tight fit on the LVP floor. The actual transition material is thin and flimsy- not at all like the flooring. It seems to be of a poor quality. We hope the "Life time" Warrantee will be enforceable when the transition bars wear out because of how flimsy they are made. There didn't seem to have a variety of lengths of transition strips - only 46". We have openings in our home over 6 ft which means we have to splice transition pieces together - not fun and it doesn't look as nice either.

The products look nice but a substantial percentage were not available/out of stock, my order arrived fairly quickly but almost every single panel in the order was damaged in transit and thus unusable as flooring. This was likely due to poor padding in the packaging, and also probably partially due to FedEx, which is a terrible choice of carrier for any service. I'm awaiting to hear back from customer service.

I was told that one of the boxes of tiles had been damaged by FedEx. I called, and within two days a replacement box had arrived. Very satisfied with Customer Service.

We purchased Allure terrazzo style flooring for our kitchen and I love it. It looks beautiful and it feels wonderful when you walk on it. The terrazzo style is exactly what I was looking for and it pulls the mid century style design together. I would highly recommend it.

I purchase the Allure Ultima Honeydew Terrazzo Look 22mil Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl for my kitchen / bathroom project. The tiling is unique and for me a perfect fit in my home. Customer service representatives were awesome when answering my pre-purchase questions which enabled me to purchase this product with confidence.

Good variety of flooring, quality was also good. I wish the company had people that are able to help with what amount of flooring we would need, the cost and shipping costs. The agents I spoke with were unable to do that, and referred me to the website. I’m sure that’s the company policy. The agents were extremely patient and professional. Overall, a positive experience.

Website leads one to believe we are buying a 12" tile, and we are BUT it is a HALF of a 12 inch tile. I bought two of each tile to give me a larger example as I need visual ideas. I wrote to customer service and never heard back...if I find this flooring elsewhere thats where I will buy from

Great alternative to what the big box stores stock or carry. Wanted something a little different - the Concrete Terrazzo Look flooring fit the bill for us! Quality looks top notch h. The shipping packaging protected the product well.

Samples were great. Considering ordering the terrazzo plank but the shipping costs are high, so I'm a bit reluctant to move forward with the purchase. I wouldn't expect free shipping but $230 is a big chunk. Basically, people who purchase one small room are subsidizing larger orders that get free shipping.

The shopping experience was fine. When I called to ask about style choices the customer service reps didn't seem to be knowledgeable about what color options where available. When I placed the order the tracking information told me that the shipment was already delivered and signed for by "UMOMMA" - (Your Momma?) but that might be a Fed Ex thing and not related to Allure.I had no idea when to expect the shipment because the tracking just said it was already delivered every time I checked.

I don't feel like doing that, but I did want to share the following. When packing the order for delivery they should place non-slip paper between the boxes. The allure boxes are very slippery and when they were being delivered they nearly slipped off of the pallet, even though they had plastic wrap around them. They individual boxes are also heavy which made it dangerous to try to stop them from slipping off.

I see that you are offering people other than contractors the same 20%. That is disappointing as I thought that contractors received a better price. I wish that was the case that I got a better discount as I am a repeat customer.

I just ordered samples from allure flooring and they arrived very quickly. They were very nice samples, they didn’t smell like plastic, in fact, they smell like coconut and if we do click and lock, I will definitely order from this company. We are leaning towards actual tile, but this flooring was so nice and the company was so lovely that I am definitely considering it. I accidentally answered NA on the very first question when I meant to answer 10. I didn’t realize NA the last selection, I thought it was 10. You might want to consider changing the way your survey is set up. It’s very easy to accidentally put, not applicable, when you mean to rate it at the highest one. Thank you

The flooring choices are nice. Tracking was confusing as I received a delivered notification when my shipment was delivered to the delivery partner but not me. I had no tracking afterwards. Customer service just advised to call the shipping partner. The flooring looks excellent, I’m excited to install.

Very pleased with how our new floors turned out! Great selection of unique products. Shipping was fast and the Allure website kept me mostly informed of when to expect my delivery. The floor was very easy to install. My only “ding” would be that they need to change the instruction sheet included with the terrazzo tiles. Some of the information which was geared toward wood-look planks did not apply to tile. I had done a ton of research on the company’s website and the instruction sheet contradicts that info.

I think the design options for this flooring are unique and as a general contractor I recommend it to clients whenever they are looking for LVT. I used it in my own home as well and love it.
