The floor is beautiful and just as I thought it would be. Delivery was quick. Contacting customer service was extremely difficult. I called the toll-free number on the website. I received an automated message referring me back to the website for a live chat. There was no option for live chat on the website that I could find. Finally I called back the toll-free number and made a selection and talked to someone in any department. That person helped me, but I should not have had to call and search the website numerous times only to call again and in desperation select an option that I wasn’t interested in just to get my help.

Website is easy to navigate, has a lot of information about the product and plenty of photos that show what the product would look like in many different rooms.

The experience on the website was good. It was easy to find the product I was looking for. It was harder to figure out how much flooring I needed to buy every time I put in a square footage it told me zero boxes. So that may be something you want to fix.

I would recommend Allure flooring to anyone looking for terrazzo style flooring that can be easily installed. The flooring samples I received were large enough to get a really good idea of the finished product. The product is sturdy. Allure is the only place I have found that offers LVT in a pattern other than wood grain, and I've searched everywhere!

Wood plank flooring is too common. This is just what we were looking for. It makes our bathroom look completely different. I emailed to ask how long delivery takes and got an answer the same day. Very satisfied.

I am looking for terrazzo tile to put on my stairs for my MCM home. I found this product during a web search and loved the Honeydew tile so I ordered a sample. Wow, it looks almost nothing like the picture on the website! I emailed customer support in case I received the wrong sample and attached a pic of what I received vs. the pic on the website and was told that's why they suggest ordering a sample. I AM glad I ordered a sample because its super obvious that this company is using a cheap contractor to print the tiles. What I wanted was what I saw on the website -- a whitish background with orange and turquoise splatches. Instead I received a sample that had a more beige background and brown splatches (I don't mean to be rude, but it looked like poop smears and my contractor working on my stairs laughed so hard when he saw this sample!). What's with the bait and switch? I was so turned off by this experience that I didn't even bother getting samples of the some other tiles that may have worked.

Product is not installed yet, waiting for help. Chose product for bathroom in rental house. Did not want wood because I have different wood floors could not match either one with another wood. 1920 home and wanted to keep with the old flooring found under layers of replacements over the years. Here is hoping product stands up to traffic snd easy for renters to take care of. Due to my age I am getting property ready to sell. Next project is updating my personal home to also sale. Once the current project done I will be looking for flooring for my home

I myself do not care for the so called floating floorings. I mistakenly thought this was like a glue down vinyl. I also prefer a terrazzo that has smaller and more numerous chips.

Love the product. The vinyl floor said it was delivered but it was delivered to a freight company not my house. I tracked down the freight company and someone cancelled delivery of my order on the scheduled day. I know it wasn’t me! I rescheduled the freight delivery the next day. The floor is beautiful.

I bought Terazo type vinyl plank flooring samples. We are in the process of remodeling the master bath. I am very pleased with the sample sizes, it is much easier to make a decision with this size.

The flooring did not look like the photos online - the background color was very off. I will need to return it. There are other products by Allure that I think would work for me but unsure due to the color issue. Next time I should order a sample. Allure has such good reputation that I did not order a sample this time. The product itself looks good quality. It was shipped beautifully and quickly which we really appreciated

Be extremely careful and order samples. Pictures and descriptions are misleading. I have installed many floors and this companies pictures and descriptions are inconsistent. I ordered samples and the products received were nothing like my expectations. Buyer beware

First, the quality is excellent independently of the pricing. It has a solid, durable finish with the choice of shade and grain pattern I was looking for. The price for the flooring is very reasonable, making it a product I will purchase again to install in several rooms of my house. This has been such a good find!

After I tried the first batch of allure flooring to see if I liked it, and if it was good, the same product was not on the website when I went back to look! Allure was not very reliably responsive on email and I didn’t have much hope for calling because when I did that before the lady just didn’t seem to know what she was talking about, not helpful; and I had no time to spare. Allure almost made me miss getting more of the flooring because they took about 24 hours to respond to an email. Then when they did respond, they said go look on the website, which means they didn’t read or ignored what I said, because I told them that I already looked on the website. Then they sent a link to the product that wasn’t updated. So then I had to send another email and wait another 24 hours or so and by that time 1/3 of the stock they said they had in the first email was gone. So I had no choice but to only get what was left. Very nervewracking. I may have to try to find another product that nearly matches or coordinates to use as a border around this because I could not get enough for the last three spaces in my home.Then they don’t do what they say and let you sign for your delivery so you can make sure it’s right and okay AND that they put it somewhere best. I had orange flags, signs saying HERE and ESTES SHIPPING, put ALLURE HERE, arrows pointing, etc. etc. and they ignored them and set down the boxes mere feet from where I needed them. I’m very glad it’s over to deal with it and I have some flooring to continue putting in adjacent rooms to the first 440 square feet. The product is decent and looks fantastic. Hope they start making more unique offerings bc wood look plastic is been there, done that.

I knew that I wanted to use LVP with a maple look and I liked the color offered by Allure. I ordered samples and the plank really impressed me with regard to thickness, looks, and price. I ordered 600 square feet and was not disappointed. Delivery was quick and efficient. Installation wasn't as easy as I anticipated due to the quality and weight of the flooring but it looks awesome. I am delighted.
