I was dissatisfied because instead of notifying me immediately that product was not available at that time I ordered something that was supposed to be a birthday gift and you didn’t even get me the option of choosing something that would be on time for my occasion.

It is difficult to pull up reviews. and the reviews don't include if it was gold or silver etc in title, would be nice. The videos often do not pertain to the produce. I would like to see them include real people wearing/using/ putting on the item being viewed. I do appreciate seeing items on models.

I really love Ross Simmons jewelry but I must say I have been trying to figure out what ring I would like to purchase and I’ve been putting them in my shopping cart, and when I close out the app, the shopping cart is empty when I enter again I find that very annoying and I know a lot of places can keep your shopping cart even when you sign off.

I had placed an order for two rings needing a size 10. But noticed after I received the confirmation that one of them was size 5! I had failed to change the size request. I thought it was very easy to navigate. My search criteria brought up almost exactly what I was looking for. I like that I wasn’t inundated with choices even though I did look through for a short while and realized what a large inventory was available at multiple price points. I liked that one suggestion came up at a time and I could scroll down to look at additional ideas. So search engine is great. I chose the 2nd item that I originally liked a lot. This is a gift for someone else. It was the quickest I have searched for an item and purchased within less than an hour in years. Standard Shipping was free which was great because I would have tried to purchase from Amazon otherwise. And I’ll see how quickly it takes to get it but the info said 3-4 biz days and I like that you give options for quicker delivery if I’m in a bind and waited too long to order. I found it simpler and more boutique like than searching endless hours on Amazon. The whole process was really quick and easy and you didn’t require tons of info to make a simple purchase, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the experience was compared to anything I’ve ordered in the recent past beyond Amazon. Prices were very good. I googled jewelry sale and your site came up 1st. I wanted 14k hold selections and that’s what you provided me with. I asked for under $200 and only jewelry under $200 was presented. Some merchants may feel that they should push the envelope and show you higher priced products, etc. so I really found the process transparent, honest, simple straight forward and no hassle!
