Everything was good, but I do feel like the website, and it's functionalities, are a little bit outdated, and if you'd like me to create a new website, I'd be happy to do that for you for free. As something that's more optimized for mobile cleaner interface, cleaner product pages easier to see current inventory would all help in the purchase process. I think some people make it overwhelmed with as much text. As there is on every page, thank you.

Overall the process was super convenient and the ease of purchase was excellent. Prices were reasonable, and I am looking forward to buying from provantage again. The only thing that I would consider an issue, is when calling back to confirm that I placed an order, one of the agents said they would check, and then hung up on me without confirming code or anything. The next agent confirmed without issue. That was my only issue, everything else was excellent and I will be recommending provantage to others

We had previous issues with multiple different vendors shipping the incorrect product, or ghost inventory (showing inventory that they didn't have), and FedEx allegedly loosing a package in transit before trying ProVantage, Everything went so smoothly with ProVantage, reliable inventory, seamless same day shipping confirmation, to the product arriving via UPS three days later. Absolutely flawless experience.

Simple process. However, search process didn't permit a continuous refinement. Most often, whenever I tried to add another criteria to narrow the search results, one or more previous criteria would be dropped.

Only very small issue would be a little confusion on the image you have for the UPS on the store front is squished so needed to double check, but other than that all is good.

Provantage is one of my favorite ecommerce sites for computer related products. I've been a customer for 15 years or more on personal basis but now I am buying it on behalf of a company. Thank you to everyone involved and your company is the backbone of America in this industry. There is nothing that needs to change. The website is old-school and perfect. Easy to search, fast and speedy. I hope it remains like this forever like McMaster-Carr or ULINE. I contacted customer service today and it was phenomenal. The only complain I have is to please stop sending physical catalogs :-)

Great pricing, site is easy enough to use. Order was placed Sunday. FAQs seemed to imply my order would ship on Monday. On Monday, it was marked "Shipment Status: Completed", yet my order did not actually ship until Tuesday. To be honest, I would've paid more at a competitor to not lose a whole day of production.

I like the real time inventory update. I don't like that I still don't know when the product would be shipped and when I could expect to receive it. B&H (for example) is more specific and reliable in this regard.

Experience on the website was fine, printer was in stock. Was unable to order the printer directly from Brother (their internal issue) but worth mentioning, the printer was less expensive and 2-day shipping was much, much less than Provantage.
