Searching for products lacks efficiency, drill down of categories needs to be expanded, when selecting for instance, High to Low Pricing, it never ever works. I do not enjoy this experience as compared to other vendors like Provantage.

I tried to create a new account and found I already had an account. Great. I then clicked on the link to reset the password for my existinga ccount. The web site indicated I would receive an email. I never received an email. I checked my spam folder, still, no email. I ended up having to create a second account using a different email addredd. This wasted a significant amount of my time.

The website is informative, has the manufacturers part number and description, and has a real time list of available stock. When I call or email my rep they get back to me right away.
