Currently, the checkout process does not provide customers with an estimated delivery date for their order. This lack of transparency is problematic, particularly for businesses like ours that provide IT services to clients. Without knowing when hardware will arrive, we cannot reliably inform our clients when their issues will be resolved, which reflects poorly on our service. We would like to see the website display accurate delivery estimates at checkout so that we can confidently communicate timelines to our clients.

I did not receive an email that was supposed to have been sent to my existing email address. Provantage required me to change my password, using the email I never received, because of the length of time since last login. I had to create a new account with a new email address

Everything ran smoothly but I did have to look it up to see if it was a real company because it felt a little Bootleg and the price was so low. I was honestly nervous and I’m a young confident online shopper. Reviews came up good and price was just that great. I have 10s in all the areas that matter to me but you scored low in many areas that matter to your marketing .

when a customer orders a server product, must take into consideration defective item replacement on a shorter delivery time. Since small business don't have the extra cash to pay for overnight, we need an alternative offering 2-3 day delivery especially if you are shipping from relatively far location vs destination. A customer orders in the assumption that you have the product in a nearby location, but when you have to ship thousand of miles, you have to accommodate the customer inconvenience of having to wait 8 days to receive the product because you do not have it in a nearby warehouse. Very disappointed by how long it took to get the item.

Everything was good, but I do feel like the website, and it's functionalities, are a little bit outdated, and if you'd like me to create a new website, I'd be happy to do that for you for free. As something that's more optimized for mobile cleaner interface, cleaner product pages easier to see current inventory would all help in the purchase process. I think some people make it overwhelmed with as much text. As there is on every page, thank you.

Overall the process was super convenient and the ease of purchase was excellent. Prices were reasonable, and I am looking forward to buying from provantage again. The only thing that I would consider an issue, is when calling back to confirm that I placed an order, one of the agents said they would check, and then hung up on me without confirming code or anything. The next agent confirmed without issue. That was my only issue, everything else was excellent and I will be recommending provantage to others

We had previous issues with multiple different vendors shipping the incorrect product, or ghost inventory (showing inventory that they didn't have), and FedEx allegedly loosing a package in transit before trying ProVantage, Everything went so smoothly with ProVantage, reliable inventory, seamless same day shipping confirmation, to the product arriving via UPS three days later. Absolutely flawless experience.
