I like the free shipping aspect of Black Friday. Shipping cost of a $34 part with $38 freight is ridiculous, so I like free shipping.

It was confusing trying to understand which product to select. The product is made by two different companies with differing prices - and the description of each item is a mirror-reflection (word for word) of each other. I had to contact sales to figure out if there was a difference in materials, quality, workmanship, or warranty. I was told the items are both of comparable quality and there were no material differences. I was then able to make my selection. However, I'm unsure if the order was placed in time to qualify for the 20% restoration discount and the Black Friday sale which was extended (BIGDEAL20W). I asked for confirmation of savings upon checkout in the comments section. I would like to get the full amount applied to this purchase because of the unnecessary delay incurred which was further compounded by the Internel outage and loss of cell phone signal during Thanksgiving weekend. I would appreciate it very much if someone could let me know what credits were/were not applied to this purchase. Thank you. Kind regards, Andrew
