The challenge for me is that I ordered last year and have a logo on file. I paid the onetime $75 and reached out to customer service for assistance. They instructed me that they did have the logo on file with the Art dept and the $75 would be waived. Still, I am unsure as to why the logo did not show up. I am hopeful to see the fee refunded as soon as possible.

LL Bean for Business Customer Service was so helpful with my order! They were honest about not being able to meet my deadline (for embroidered shirts), and able to suggest a work around. I was able to order the shirts through regular Customer Service and they had them shipped directly to the Flagship store, where I picked them up. All staff involved were most kind and pleasant!

I didn't see that there was a size limit to the logo that needed to be uploaded. I tried several times before I finally figured out that my logo was too big.

Creating the password was not clear what the constraints were, when trying to checkout I guess I missed a couple of things but they were not highlighted so I could easily figure out what the problem was.

Prior phone call to get information was extremely helpful. Spoke to Rick. A previous president called in and confirmed previously uploaded logo was not stored due to lack of use at LL Bean.

While my company is located out of state, I am about 45mins from Freeport and really pushed my team to approve these bags. The final product exceeded our expectations. Process was easy and the proofs sent back before approval really helped me to 'see' the design and feel confident in how the product would turn out. Thank you!

I highly recommend LL Bean for Business. I have used them for many years to purchase logo items for our firm and we have always been satisfied. Over the years, they have moved to an on-line ordering process instead of speaking to a rep and it has worked out very well. The communication is great, we have always been satisfied with our purchases and they deliver as promised.

I was expecting to simply place an order for 16 tote bags. But then I learned about a discount for ordering thru the Business portal, which was good. Except that I was surprised to learn that Business shipments lag behind regular/single customer shipments, to the extent that I had to pay extra in order to receive the shipment when needed. If I was reading the available inventory correctly, there were 3,000+ tote bags available. You would think that L.L. Bean would want to ship them out ASAP. Why are Business shipments slower than regular/single customer shipments? But overall glad to have ordered and received the items.

I'd love to have a screen that populates the logo on the bag prior to checking out. I understand we should be getting a digital sample, but seeing it prior to checking out would make customers feel more secure.

I was under the impression that the "logo set up fee" was a one time fee, but it seems to be based on the item ordered - that is, for every item we order, the first time we put a certain logo on it, we have to pay an extra $75. Despite the fact that we have been ordering these items with these logos for at least a couple years. It's just that I am new in this role, so it's the first time I am ordering them on this account. It also seems to create an extra delay with ordering these particular items. Rather frustrating.

We place the same gift order every year. Last year we ordered (here is my order number from 2025 purchase-010390733161) a larger tote with logo and total fees were $141.00. This is it is $207.00. I hope at least the increase in cost is benefiting salaries of your employees.

When I went to look at my cart the other day to check and edit my order I had to call the 800 number. IT wasn't a smooth experience, I got and email saying they removed 2 items for some reason so I could check out. Not smooth at all. also one item it said was unavailable till Sept. and then when I went back it was there. If it was unavailable/backordered I thought it strange that I would be unable to check out with the item in my cart???

They changed the order...didn't say anything and then when i asked, they said "you reviewed it" initially hiding the fact that they changed the order from what i had put in. Delays without communication and unnecessary time delays made me miss the event i wanted the product for.

The site was loading a bit slower than usual. I also had trouble reordering from a previous purchase. I just needed to make sure the garment was the same as those previously ordered, and unfortunately you no longer carry the navy option I needed. I would love to be able to just click the item and be able to reorder without having to search for it again. The process was clunky, but easy to navigate.

This is my first time ordering online without the assistance of a customer service rep and the process was clear, concise and quick. Employees are always pleased with the products we choose!

My experience on the website was great. Before placing my order, I emailed business services to get a few questions answered and see if I could get mockups. I felt like the replies were slow and unhelpful, which delayed our ability to place the order. I've found most businesses I've ordered from will allow me to order over email when I've been in contact. I much prefer that because it simplifies the process. I feel like because my order was small I was not being made a priority, which makes me less likely to place a large order.
