The website was fine. When I first logged in I went to the LL Bean site and couldn't figure out how to get the fleece embroidered. The online chat rep told me the only thing they could embroider was robes. I knew this was wrong because I had ordered in the past. I then remembered about the business site. I feel they should have redirected me to the business site.

Bad experience because no way to see your logo on the bag itself to approve size and colors to choose for the printing or embroidery- you had my logo on file from our last order but said you could not pull it up- frustrating. nobody to speak to- anything custom should not require you to pay before you can speak to someone about finalizing intended design details. Also, I have a business account hence of course tax exempt- but says needs to be reviewed? Again not my first time purchase but even if it was should have been able to load foam on site or resale #- too clumsy overall.

Interaction was fine; however, the main issue was even though our logo is on file with LL Bean there is no way to add it without talking to a customer service person. Also, as a side note, given the environmental impact of synthetic fibers, I would love to see LL Bean have more 100% cotton/wool/natural fabric options, particularly in outerwear, sweatshirts, etc..

The challenge for me is that I ordered last year and have a logo on file. I paid the onetime $75 and reached out to customer service for assistance. They instructed me that they did have the logo on file with the Art dept and the $75 would be waived. Still, I am unsure as to why the logo did not show up. I am hopeful to see the fee refunded as soon as possible.

LL Bean for Business Customer Service was so helpful with my order! They were honest about not being able to meet my deadline (for embroidered shirts), and able to suggest a work around.
