The prices have risen astronomically. Last year we bought 3 jackets, this year four. But the price difference was almost $300! $17 per logo is ridiculous, when it was literally $7 just two years ago. If we hadn't already promised jackets to some people, we would not have ordered this year.

This was my first time to use Bean for Business. I am very pleased with the order; it is a gift for my son with his company logo on the tote and I'm sure he will be pleased. He owns a small company and will be able to give one to each employee. I'd be surprised if he doesn't order another item from Bean for Business in the future. The quality of the logo replication was excellent! And customer service was very helpful.

I didn't see any info on logo size or color choices. I didn't find a place to put discount code or info that discount codes aren't allowed.

I know that someone's going to be reaching out to me, but it would be nice to generally be able to see the logo on the item beforehand. We were also excited at the indication we could place the logo on front and company name on back, but apparently thought it shows you can select where it goes, you can't.

I spent at least 4 hours entering a large custom order via the website. I believe that this is the third year that we have done so for our entire staff. Last year, I was notified that the order was very complex and that new software made it impossible to process. This year, I was told that a similar order was impossible, and that I would need to split it into several orders, negating the discount on merchandise and embroidery, and costing me several additional hours. I cannot imagine "upgrading" order software to a system that cannot handle an incoming order BUT does not prevent that order from being placed. We love LL Bean merchandise, and I mean we love it. Still, we probably will not order again next year.

this was extremely difficult and had to call llbean multiple times to place this order that included roughly 50 items. Each time I called, they told me different things I needed to add and when to add it. Unfortunately, the end product is worth the trouble. not sure I would ever go through this process again unless they made it easier.

Smaller order this time around so didn't run into website issues. In the past when there were more than 20 different items, a few things would get dropped from the cart and I'd have to double check 2-3x to make sure everything was there before ordering.

The only surprise I had was the stitching cost. I assumed it was included in the price of the product since it was advertised to add a logo.

We are a small vineyard owners in Amity OR who also own a home on the East Coast. This year we decided to gift our families custom fleece vests representing our vineyard. Had looked at Threadfellows as another option for purchasing custom logo wear. I think they didn't charge a set-up fee making LL Bean a bit more costly but we've had Bean wear and know the quality.
