I did not find the guidelines for purchase, minimums for orders, etc. It said “Out to Lunch”?!. Had to go through the order to realize there was a fee for min orders, etc.

Glad there's a variety, but still wish there were more color options for each item. There's not always clarity on if there's pockets or not- and I really wish there was on the women's cardigans/sweaters. Or at least state there are not pockets. Took me a while to figure it out, but didn't buy since there weren't any. Overall though, we have a wonderful experience here and are grateful for the options that you do have- it's so much more than some!

Very easy to navigate the site itself and order process was simple. I had a hard time determining the logo color assigned to our account. Made a note in the comments section of order. LLBean logged me out when I left the page, which was somewhat confusing when I came to return to shopping. It was not apparent that I needed to log back in and was not notified until I tried to checkout after adding products back to my bag.

My approval proof was not correct. I should have been able to reply to that email. Instead, I had to start a chat, then get on a call. The staff I spoke with were great, but it should not have take so much of your time or mine to call out the mistake in the proof and get it corrected. The final quality of the embroidery I received is...ok. It's not great and it's not terrible. I don't consider it a great value.

We were missing an item from our purchase. I contacted customer support and left a message. They responded to me via phone and email within an hour. The customer representative was amazing. He handled the issue and had another one in production within 48 hours. We then ordered another shipment of merchandise because other staff members were very jealous. Overall very easy, good experience. I would make the comment boxes be able to handle more text, as both the individual item comment box and the checkout comment box cut off my text and I needed more room. This creates unnecessary tension around if the order will be processed correctly. Love LLBean options and quality - great spot for non-profit gift giving.
