It would be great if you could include WYSIWYG photos of your more rare and lest often available anemones, such as your ritteri and gigantea carpets.

This is my initial response via email on the day the order arrived. This has been the worst online customer service/livestock purchase experience I have had in a very long time!  Last week the order was canceled at 10PM the night before delivery with no reason why explained.  I lost a vacation day because of that! I get a very late email last night telling me it was coming today! I had to take another vacation day with no notice and my supervisor was not happy! Your notification system is terrible! The anemones were due by 10:30 but did not arrive until 12:00.   I ordered 2 large African ritteri. I was only sent one! The anemone was not healthy upon arrival.  The bag water is milky, cloudy, and foul smelling!  The anemone is tiny, barely 2" in diameter.  I ordered a large!   I also stipulated in my order commentary that I did not want any specimens shipped with tears in the foot.  This one has tears in its foot!   I am also pretty sure this is not an African ritteri.  The coloration is not right. I have attached the photos requested.  I would like a refund please as I no longer trust LiveAquaria to send me healthy livestock as advertised! The anemone did not survive the day! It's insides began to expell and fall apart. I had to dispose of it that evening. As of today, Saturday, I have not received any response from customer service regarding my situation.

The order arrived quickly and fish looked healthy. Flame hawkfish arrived in apparently good condition but did not survive for a week.

Live salt water Fish (3) were due to be delivered by 10:30 a.m. at 10:15 a.m., got a call from local FedEx depot that they has my package but it was all wet and apparently leaked and they'd have to open it. They did. Asked them to send me pics. They told me I would have to now come in person to pick up fish as they could no longer deliver the open, wet, broken packaging. Got there, with my 5 gallon bucket and water in it from my tank. Was going to reject the package as the bags with the live fish were very low in water, one fish, Naso tang, had to lay flat just to be u der the extremely low remaining water level in bag. Although I had the right to reject the destroyed package, I k ew the fish would die if I did so, as fedex didn't have any way of salvaging them and they'd die from their conditions, so I tore open the bags and put them in my 5 gallon bucket, and put them into my tank. They were very very stressed and breathing heavy. As I feared, one fish has white parasites on its gills that emerged about 3 days after being added to my tank and it appears to have spread now to my other 7 year old 12" trophy fish! Not happy!!! And, should this fish from Live Aquaria die after this point, it will be beyond their 7 day guaranty period! Whose fault was this.....LiveAquaria or fedex, during the transport? Guess we'll never know. I'm sure the fish and their bags left LiveAquaria ok but was the packaging insufficient ient? Why did it leak encountered T some point?

I received a broken aquarium. Called customer support, sent pictures and they sent out a replacement. I received the replacement quickly and I love it. It is a beautiful 23 gallon tank, the curved glass corners are exactly what I was looking for.

A lot of things I saw I wanted was out of stock after I done got excited. I have actually wanted to purchase here several times before but once I realized what I wanted was not in stock...I left the site. I do like how your prices are, your free shipping over a certain price, and the security feeling of checkout .
