I received part of my order deceased upon arrival. It is too bad they only offer store credit and they still want me to pay for shipping when they sent me a dead product. I have ordered these in the past and had no issues. I constantly need fish. My aquarium is stocked so making it worth the shipping g cost means I have to purchase more than the amount of fish rated for my aquarium. Offer a choice of refund or store credit. Once they have to start crediting money to people instead of store credit they will learn from sending subpar fish out to customers. It's pretty nice to royalty screw up but still get paid and make me pay for shipping an item again that I have already paid for once. Store credit is an easy way to force customers into using you again, further encouraging the company to send items which were probably not in great shape when they bagged them.

The website is straightforward. My primary complaint is the difficulty getting items listed as available but they the order being cancelled later. This has happened twice in a row, so this is the 3rd time ordering the same item.

I did not receive part of my order. According to the ordering protocol which I was made aware of as long as they fulfil 75% of the order they can simply complete the partial order without notifying customer of unavailability of product. When I called customer support. I was customer number one in the que for about 45 minutes before i gave up and hung up. Apparently customer number 1 doesn't mean anything on the phone. Wrote an email and got a much quicker explanation. Most of the Trochus snails I got were duds.

I was told I have a credit for my from my last order, and all I need to do to clam it was when I place my next order , put in the comment section to please use credit toward this order, but I couldn't find a comment section. I would like to use my $14.26 credit toward this order please.

The angelfish were smaller than expected and had no belly on them at all. All three did not eat and died(I even feed live blackworm brine shrimp. Everything else was fine.

Always have a good experience with customer service and the shipment. The number one thing this site needs however is a filter for out of stock items though. It's easy to get excited about something only to find out it's out of stock once you go to the detail page.
