I live in Western NC and there is no potable water and therefore no tropical fish are being sold here. I went online and found you folks. I was reluctant to buy fish that way but I decided to try it. The fish arrive healthy and well packed I am very happy with my choice.

I wanted the red knob starfish so bad I placed the order last Tuesday oct 29. Said I would received by nov 1. Now I guess yall can’t ship it to me? Unprofessional . 3 emails to get a response and yall still can’t help me get the starfish

I wanted to get something to help with algae in the tank, and my local fish store didn't have the fish I wanted, so I looked on this website. I usually only use this website to look up how to care for fish, but decided to try and buy a live animal from the website and see how that goes.

The fish and plants arrived and were fine. The issue I have is $30 for overnight shipping and $10 for the box. I understand that is the results of ordering online, but the $40 is more than I care to spend for the convenience of ordering online.

I placed my order last week but due to staff shortages I have not received my fish. I inquired as to whether I could add to my order since it has not been shipped yet and I was told no. I had to make another order. I have no idea as to when my fish will arrive. In the past when I have received my fish orders they have arrived and been packed well. The fish were great specimens and any that arrived DOA were reimbursed.

The first order was held up by their not having a driver and was unable to tell when we would receive the order. The order did arrive three days after the original date. The second order arrived on time. Two fish were dead. I could have sent a photo of the dead fish but decided not to. The other fish were of good quality. In past years, the fish have all arrived on time. They awarded credit for any fish that died once I sent photos of the dead fish. I will continue to order fish from live aquaria as they send quality fish.
