I was very pleased to get an email about the sale this morning and be able to quickly browse for things I was looking for and make a purchase. When browsing for products, I looked for a way to sort in-stock items only while hiding those that are out of stock but didn't see a button/option for that; showing in-stock only would be a useful feature if possible for sale events.

I think your shop is great. I like the selection and the website's easy category search. The only critique I have of the website is non-content related: the graphics could use an update which I think would greatly reflect the quality service you all provide.

When my shrimp arrived, no one rang the doorbell or even knocked. They didn't try to get me to sign anything, and I wasn't aware it was outside my door until an hour later. Two of the six shrimp were dead on arrival, one looking as if it had been dead for days. The other four died later the same day even after slowly acclimating them. I am very disappointed and want a full refund, but haven't received anything back from LiveAquaria after three days.

When it comes to some fish they seem to never be in stock. Like your pleco fish, there are some types that seem to never be in stock. Why have them on your site if they are never in stock? This also includes other fish and plants as well. You all need to have a good amount of supply of fish and plants to sell. It's frustrating you post fish and plants, and they are never in stock. I hope you can greatly improve on this. I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks this.

The website is fantastic. I use your website to lookup information about fish and anemones. I usually then buy elsewhere due to so many things being out of stock and the last few times I ordered the fish arrived dead. I’m hopeful this time will be better. As for the buying experience, add Apple Pay. I find that if I have to go find my wallet I think twice about ordering vs the spur of the moment quick buy.

A few weeks ago I ordered a large Clown Tang, a medium Orange Shoulder Tang, and a blenny. I have a more mature tank with larger fish, so I pay close attention to the size of fish I order. Based on the sizes list on the corresponding webpages I ordered the sizes I needed to ensure the long survival of the fish. The Orange Shoulder tang was not available to ship... Okay. The Clown Tang I received was not what I ordered and paid for. Customer support was very nice and quick to refund my money. This week... I tried again. This time I added a note to the order that I was expecting 5"+ fish (again based on the sizes listed on the webpage for each fish) and I emailed the customer support representative that I had placed another order. The order arrived. Imagine my shock when I pulled the bags out and find small fish. The clown tang was smaller than the first time. The orange shoulder was not only smaller than I ordered it was a juvenile rather than an adult. You have a management / accountability issue in your California facility and it has cost you a customer.
