Overall it was good - I had some problems with logging into my account, and the password reset option didn't send me an email, which was a bit frustrating. I also couldn't find the type of Monday start 2025 planner refill I wanted, so had to go with another style. Just being able to find Monday start planners is fantastic, though! Why anyone would want to have their week start on a Sunday is beyond me...

I had a cart saved on my phone and then received a text directing me back to it -- however, upon opening on my computer (using the link in the text), my cart was empty. Luckily, I knew what I had chosen.

The discount offers are hard to understand. You say there's a 25% discount on $75 purchase, then say the code is not valid for my selections. Prices of particular items change like the tides! It is hard to get around the site since the fields change if the cursor get close to a heading, and won't stay where I send it. Category searches like "fountain pen ink" yield items like erasers for mechanical pencils. Stupid web designs!

The price of Levenger pens seems to bounce around daily, which does not increase my confidence in a company I've purchased from for decades. On recent occasions, their promise of free shipping for pens and ink has not come to be, and I have been charged when ordering pens. Then there is no response to my inquiries about this matter. Too many pen models are not even offered as fountain pens any more. Replacement parts like converters are not stocked for models that have sold out.

I have been a longstanding customer of Levenger: I want to say since the mid-90s soon after they started. Their Circa system is one of the best, and has helped me be an organized professional; and in many other ways. I used to also get a lot of their Furniture; but in the mid 2000s or so, the quality of this furniture really went down, and I quit buying. Customer Service was also poor over furniture. I have many of their old Bookboxes bought in the mid 90s; but later ones have been poor quality. I am shocked at how much more expensive they are now even for basics; while some of that is inflatiion, some of it is not.

Overall products are excellent as always. Prices have gone up substantially and that does make it hard. Customer service was fine, but did not give me correct info for where to drop off the returns. I got a label with USPS, but CS kept saying I could return at FedEx which I could not

website navigation overly sensitive to cursor so that the screen changes the display while you are trying to select an option because your cursor moved over another image. Very frustrating. I also don't like that viewing an item does not scroll as expected on the item details but scrolls through the images on the left. I am also disappointed my old login info is gone, I wanted to look at my order history to find information on previous purchase of pens that are now discontinued.
