A delightful selection of unique and high-quality products. The only disappointment was upon receiving my Nantucket Bamboo Note Card & Pen Holder it did not have the inspirational words shown in all the product photos. While the full product description and details area note that this is an added personalization, it is not immediately obvious information. For further clarification, the majority of the product photos for this item should show it as the non-personalized version, with one or two personalized variations.

I called your company several times to obtain a catalog a month later I still have not received a catalog so I resorted to ordering on online, but I would’ve liked to looked at a catalog to increase my options. I don’t understand why I never got a catalog I called at least two times.

Stupid experience. UPS doesn’t appear capable of delivery, the package has been in my general area almost ine week, but delivery keeps getting pushed to the right. Levenger customer service acts like I am somehow at fault, or not patient enough…really? When I can get the same item (refills) from Amazon next day? I have been doing business with Levenger for many years, but you just got replaced by Amazon. Congratulations.

I ordered the pen after I had lost one that was like it. I found the missing pen and attempted to cancel my order. But it could not be cancelled or returned because it had my name engraved on it. However, it writes better with a thinner line and it is more attractive so I am glad I got it.

I love the quality of the items I’ve purchased. I have 5 notebooks. 4 of the letter sized I purchased so that I have a color for each season. This way I can refresh my planner quarterly. The pens are beautiful and I love that I can get refills as well.

You pay an extremely high shipping price at Levenger. That would be fine if the products you ordered were tracked, shipped in protected packaging and arrived in a timely fashion. I was able to track my package, which did not arrive any faster for the $13.95 I was charged, but the package the items arrived in did arrive damaged. Not the bubble-lope, but the boxes that held the rollerball pen and the box that help the leather pen case. As neither item was wrapped nor protected, just tossed in the bubble envelop and sent on its way, I am surprised that it was not more damaged as it made its way from the USPS. So, now I am working through customer service, which has taken many days; it may have been faster to send the products back and asked for new ones, instead of asking for new boxes. I used to order from Levenger a lot, but fear the quality has gone done. If this had been for me, I would have let it go, but this is a gift and I can't give it in damaged boxes and if they wanted to return it for something else, how could they do that? The art of customer service is just lost. But it's not over yet, will hope for the best and see if it gets resolved before I have to get something else to give as the gift.

I never received the item (circa refill 2025). Was told I needed to wait a week or more to make sure it would arrive. It has not arrived and I would like a replacement ASAP
