As a Rewards member I am still unsure when I can use my rewards points some of which expire in 20 days. I am entitled to a free note brief but have not been able to get it so I think the Levenger Rewards program is just a sham. Shame on Levenger.

I’ve known about Levenger and shopped with them forever. Every time their catalogue comes, I say, “Throw it away before you can open it,” and every time I open it anyway and buy something. Pathetic.

The website has changed for the worse. Even typing in a search is for the worse. If they changed it back to the way it was, it would be only slightly confusing. If I were new to Levenger, I wouldn't buy a thing. In the future I'm going to call customer service to order what I want. I guess that means I won't see any new products. It's sad, really. Levenger will lose its new customers because its website is unintelligible.

Exceptionally difficult site to navigate. Which explains why I have to return the item I purchased last week and arrived today. I hope your machines will respond accordingly. And I hope the purchase I think I just made on the site (with my fourth formulation in the site's "search" box) will be what I get in the mail next week. And I hope that if AI reads this message it succeeds in deciphering my English.

I love Levenger. They provide a lot of information about the items and the picture quality is excellent. Strangely though, when ordering personalization, it doesn’t show how it will look on certain pens, so I do expect to be surprised by my order when I receive it. Also, I may have missed it but the description doesn’t say if they pens arrived with working ink or I need to purchase enough refills so I can use the pen immediately. I searched FAQs but did not see this info. Ideally, I would like to see the suggested refills on the info page for the pens so that I can add to the basket at the same time, instead of stationery or binding accessories. At times it’s frustrating navigating the site. When you click on a banner on home page for example and it opens to show you the items tied to the banner, sometimes the new page is temporarily hidden by another window that drops down to cover it. This happens on iPad and on PC so it’s not just mobile devices. Also if there are items that are excluded from a particular advertised coupon code, it should say that on the item info page instead of you finding out at checkout. For example. Some of the retiring pens did qualify for the TRADITION code but some did not. It was complete trial and error to see which ones did. It was a great sale and I wanted to get as many pens as I could :) the order process just took a really long time.
