emails and ads will offer specific price on merchandise that is not found on website. ex: hat $3.95 - 11.95. Then all hats are priced $11.95.

It do enjoy the order again feature for repeated gear needs. It took awhile to nail down the sizes of some of the gear, so the program spent a little extra on the additional orders. We'll continue to use Epic for simple logo on front and back gear.

I presented a shipping issue to the online team and sent in a general issue. Though there were multiple emails exchanged, my general question was not answered and I was forced to cancel my previous order and place a new order to ensure the items that I wanted would be received in time. I am still disappointed in the fact that the shipping on my original order (8960165) was fundamentally flawed and no one could give me a good answer as to why and they certainly didn't provide me with a solution. In no world should an item be available for 1 and 2 day shipping with respective dates and then the 3 day shipping option adds 8 transit days over the 2 day. The 3 day option should have provided an estimated delivery date of 7/20 at the latest (allowed 2 extra days over the faster options - 1 day was 7/15, 2 day was 7/16), but the 3 day option pushed the estimated delivery date all the way to 7/24. Standard 5 day shipping (which is what I selected pushed it all the way to Monday 7/27 - a FULL two weeks from order date. If the warehouse needs that long to get an item out the door that's fine, but then 2 and 3 day shipping shouldn't even be available. Unfortunately, and frustratingly, no one from Epic was willing to explain the shipping issue and no one provided the best alternative to secure the products I need.

The prices at Epic Sports are the most competitive. This was my 3rd order for this baseball season. All orders including this one were delivered ahead of their scheduled time. I received several notifications for when the order was packaged and delivered and the delivery updates were top notch.
