I placed a small order yesterday, I realized I needed additional shirts so I tried to modify my order but the computer said it was too late. I don't understand it isn't going to arrive until 10/26, which is almost 2 weeks away? So I am a very small one person business and extra shipping costs is a lot for me. I am disappointed.

Its not easy to just browse everything. I don't like that there is not an option to just shop by brand. Sometimes, I am looking for something from a specific brand and it tends to be hard to find. I love that when you click on an option that has youth and adult sizes it shows both options. Shipping is not great either. Most sites give you Free shipping if you spend so much. I would use this site more if that were an option.

Site Experience FeedbackOct 13, 2026
I had no fault in not recieving my order. Went thru many emails and confusion between vendor and epic sports. At the end I only recieved 1 out 5 boxes. 4 boxes were returned and was told differently by epic sports. Then I had to call again and they finally figured out this entire time the packages were back with the vendor and now sold. Im stuck with a box of product I don't need and now made another purchase which needed to get them asap so I used the fastest shipping and Epic or the vendor have not covered anything on their end for their mistakes. I'm paying expedited shipping and still need to get my money back along with having to return the only box they sent. Wont be shopping here after today. Not a way to handle your loyal customers.
