Low Expectations and still Extremely Disappointed

Designing and placing the order was super easy! Loved that the delivery date was 14 days out and they delivered a few days early after I immediately approved the proofs. However, the rest of my experience was absolutely terrible. When the jerseys arrived 9 out of the 33 jerseys ordered were incorrect. 7 had sleeves printed upside down and two had sleeves printed upside down and swapped (wrong sleeves on the wrong jersey) so the numbers didn’t match up. I contacted the company immediately through chat asking that someone contact me to discuss the issue and was told to “submit a ticket and they’d look into it”. Apparently they don’t ever talk over the phone and maybe that’s so they can be incredibly rude to their customers from behind a key board because Customer Service Rep Logan was not at all helpful and extremely inconsiderate in his chat communication with me. But, I was in a crunch because I ordered the jerseys for two different softball teams specifically for their Mother’s Day tournament that was taking place a week later. I submitted the ticket with pictures and followed up to the automated email with additional pictures of every impacted jersey that was incorrectly printed requesting replacement and asking if they could be delivered by Thursday, May 7th which was after the original delivery date from the first order. Over the next several days, I had to continually reach out and initiate status checks on my request for replacements. Unfortunately, even the correct jerseys I received weren’t going to be usable if I didn’t have a full team’s worth of correct jerseys because all girls must wear the same jerseys. Once when checking in on the status of my replacements and inquiring about timeline to delivery, Customer Service Rep Logan responded with “???” Instead of answering my question and after being rude, told me “that seems complex” without addressing my issue. While Heather had been responsive when I would email and inquire on the status, she never proactively provided updates nor would she provide a timeline of when the corrected shirts could be printed and mailed. I asked for a refund due to their mistake in production and failure to deliver on what I ordered and paid for and have since not heard a single word back from the company. They’ve stopped responding to my emails. I received a package today (after our tournament weekend that we needed these jerseys for) of replacements and the jerseys are still not correct. The women’s mediums still have the completely wrong sleeves on the jersey and the replacement for #10 “Mozilla” in Women’s Small was not included. I will never be ordering from this company again and I would never recommend another team order from Epic. After the point of sale, everything else is terrible from the quality of the product to the unacceptable customer service for an issue created by themselves company themselves.
