It's a great place to get athletic wear at a discounted price. Be mindful of the materials you are ordering. I'm not impressed with the bras. They were too small, overly padded and/or just didn't fit.

Ordered for my cheerleaders. I wish more payment options were available. A lot of places now offer free shipping after a certain amount is spent. It would be great if Epic offered free shipping. I had to make 2 orders within the last week. The bags I order today were not available when I placed my order last week. This caused me to have to pay shipping twice.

I would like to see some significant improvements made to this website and the overall shopping experience. The current website design feels outdated and difficult to navigate, and there is not enough detailed information provided about many of the products. Customers should be able to easily find clear descriptions, sizing information, available styles, photos, and other important details before making a purchase. Another major concern is inventory. Many styles and fitted sizes remain out of stock for weeks at a time, which can be frustrating for customers who are ready to purchase but cannot find the size or style they want. More consistent restocking and better inventory updates would make a big difference. I would also strongly recommend offering free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Customers spending that amount should receive some added value, and free shipping would provide an incentive to purchase additional items while making the overall shopping experience more competitive. The products have potential, but improving the website, providing better product information, maintaining a stronger selection of styles and fitted sizes, and offering free shipping on larger orders would greatly improve customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

I absolutely love this site. Their prices are fantastic althoughI would’ve bought more stuff, but I was really having trouble with the one on the Mobile version. Specifically, the iPhone I would select a color and then I would go to hit or enter the amount in to the adult medium. It would switch the color back to the default color that comes up when you get on the webpage and I just gave up spending time trying to figure out how to get that to work correctly but otherwise you know I will always use your guys site my browse it frequently

site interaction was just fine. It's a little confusing when you look at your cart and you see only "2 items" but that's actually the number of product skus not the total inventory count. I ordered 1 AS and 4 AM — cart should show 5, but it only reads 2. That creates some confusion and made me look a couple times to make sure all my needed items were in the cart.

I would have bought more but way too many items are out of stock... when you order for teams... you need all sizes to be in stock to cover a wide arrange of body types and builds. I looked for baseball pullovers and there was very little if any options... other than that I think overall pretty good... you all used to have full leather baseballs at good prices and now I just buy wilson a1010s's because they are only a few dollars more and better quality.

I love using this website for the price, but I am disappointed that it does not seem that high demand items have been restocked. Things that are simple such as single colored t-shirts for team personalization. There are random sizes for very popular colors such as red, black, royal blue. Those should be always in stock.
