I love the website and the ability to order from it from a wide selection. My only issue is I feel I overpay for shipping. I dont need some of the items for over a month - yet I have to pay over $100 for shipping and that is the least expensive.

The processing times are high and prevent me from using the site regularly. Other sites include 3 day ground shipping and have it within the week but this site charged almost $60 and its not even guaranteed for a week from now. Main reason I rarely use this site.

I love the products and prices. I would like to be able to search specifically by youth or adult gear. I spent like an extra 5-10 mins designing shirts for my kids only to realize they were adult sizes. I do love being able to design the sublimation gear for my kids sports teams and myself!

I shopped exclusively in the clearance section. I bought quite a few items, and it would have been helpful to have a return-to-shopping icon on the cart page. Also, some of the clearance items with multiple sizes & colors did have a view list of all, but many did not. I don't know how much trouble it is, but that option would be helpful on all likeminded items. The shipping is expensive but then again, we are all spoiled by Amazon. There isn't much included in product description. Oh, your site is very slow and tends to pop to an error page. All that said, you have a very nice online store. I was pleasantly surprise by the quality of the merchandise on my first order. That more than anything brought me back for a second order.

Shipping options/ costs are insane! Wait 2 weeks for standard shipping or pay an arm and a leg for expedited shipping. We're a non-for-profit organization and at times need to replace equipment fast to maintain our players experience/ safety. We had to pay almost 100% the value of what we bought to get our order by next Monday. Not to mention the times I don't spend for the expedited shipping and the product arrives in two days anyways. Seems like a money grab.
