As this is the end of the season, I hope that the plants shipped to me will still be viable and that the weather will cooperate so I can plant these promptly. I also hope that these bare roots will survive the winter. Hard to review this purchase until I see what comes up in 6 months!

My most recent order (of amaryllis bulbs) was a total joy. I can already see signs of life, and look forward to the blossoms over the dreary winter months. I had ordered a number of plants earlier this year, for my garden, but found that some did not survive. I email correspondence with the company representative, I was granted reimbursement for the plants lost, for which I am so grateful! I have not yet decided how I will invest the credit, but will certainly do so prior to the Spring 2025 planting season. Thank you for your beautiful plants, and for treating your customers so graciously!

I made an order in June 2024... shipping dates were moved later and later... today I get a refund with 100 bulbs cancelled. Now that I look for a replacement, most of your tulips are sold out. I am a long term customer... this is a first disappointment. This is a big disappointment - lack of timing and communication.

This order was placed when i was informed on line that my prior order from june had been delayed. I saw it was going moved. Why didnt you send me what you have and tgen work on remaining items instead of moving the entire order ($200} moved back in time. Then i saw that an order for 100 mid spring Darwin tulips were totally unavailable and cancelled. So i went to order some alternatives. To my horrori hardly any tulips were in stock. What? So I placed this Nov 6 th order. It was pricey. So i could get only 50 bukbs, instead of the 100 cancelled ines and the 59 cost far more than what I had been refunded. Had you took the initiate and told me in October that those 100 tulips were cancelled my June order would have been shipped earlier to me. I also could have found replacements as you would gave had more tulips available. To rub salt in my wound i got a postcard this week telling me the order for 100 Darwins was cancelled. Had you been up front initially it would have given me time to find alternatives. I truly want ALL Repeating perennial tulips!! I know its due to weather … you made a substitute for another item in my june order. I wasnt informed of that either when i took the initiate to see my order status on line. Nope, only a piece of paper explained the issue. Also in my concern that it was nearly november and my weather was getting colder, none of your online reps were uo front with me to explain why my june order was so terribly slow in being sent to me. Someone said i should buy pots for the tulips as my ground was getting colder. So many pots? Gee. Not helpful. I have ordered massive numbers of bukbs from you since 2000 and this has been THE WORST experience and a horrible lack of you providing me with information. I am most unhappy.
