I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Dover. But it’s almost always online as there has never been a store near where I live. With Louisville Kentucky being a larger city and the home of the Kentucky Derby and many other equine events one would think that there would be enough of a market here for a Dover store!

I had a good experience. I did have a promotional gift card that was not managed well. I had three of them, but only one number was given to me. I had to call to get the other two promotional gift cards. It was an inconvenience.

Shopping for winter blankets while the gram filling scale was helpful I would more helpful to understand temperate ranges that may support the use of the blanket. While I do understand everyone has different opinions, its hard to tell how warm a 200 gram blanket is.

There was no "fine print" to the flash sale that was sent to me by text. Items in my cart didn't consistently reflect the PUBLISHED PROMOTION. There was no way to speak with a customer service rep: online chat was closed at 7pm. Phone lines closed. Email said would be 24 hours to respond. (The "flash sale" was a few hours long.) I ultimately reduced the number of items in my cart (worrying that the "flash" event was a hoax). Everything arrived very quickly & the ENTIRE ORDER is being returned because it was NOT AS PUBLISHED: "50% off All Orange Ticketed Items". I was informed it was ACTUALLY: buy one item at clearance price, and get a SECOND ONE at 50% off clearance price on all orange ticketed clearance items."
