Good experience, the last time I bought from Amazon the vendor was cheaper this time La Mer was cheaper and offered more shipping options.

Horrible. I have been trying to check out for 5 days. The paypal button is not working. While I was delayed with checkout, my samples stocked out. Finally today after 5 minutes of pressing the paypsl buttons I finally go it to work. So annoying. Unfortunately, I purchased creme de la mer from bloomingdales, but it was expired. So now I need to purchase direct from you. Just wish check out was easier.

I love la Mer, I have happily used & sworn by your products for almost 25 years. Your prices, however, have taken me elsewhere as all I can buy now is the cream. I love your eye balm but it's no longer in my budget.

Love La Mer for more than a decade, the products always do the best! The cleanser always out of stock. And it is a little difficult for me to do sorting and filtering by price and category. I am so so regretful that I did not get the promo “treats” in the early of this year, and saw people got it post on social media, ahhhhh, want it so much😭

It's extremely frustrating being a Waves member and having an "engraving" offer in my account for the last 2 years and I've never been able to use it because the website doesn't show any products in stock that can be engraved! Why offer this to rewards members when we can never redeem it? Also- sometimes there are better offers for La Mer purchases with third parties like Saks, Bloomingdales, etc- I wish that being a La Mer rewards member would warrant better offers than the other retailers without needing a rewards account. In addition, the creme de la mer has been sold out on the La Mer website (larger than the 3.4oz) for MONTHS but other retailers have them in stock. WHY?!

I have 3 items- 1. Generally, website is very easy to use, it's gotten much easier to use over the years. 2. When redeeming a rewards gift, the only thing at or under 1000 points is a lip balm, While it's very nice lip balm, I'd like to have some sort of option vs. just the one item. I have lip balms. I didn't need more. 3. There was a neck cream that was amazing, and I was disappointed to see that it was no longer available, it was my favorite product- literally got rid of my crepey/somewhat less than tight neck and decolletage. Though, I'm sure there was a reason it was removed. I'm looking forward to something similar and am open and available for feedback if such a product is released- if needed to provide data for testing. Finally

This is the comments for the last order. There was one missing product (a free sample) from the order, which was included on the shipping list. I reached out to the customer service. She promised to send a replacement. It never happened. I think based on the value of your products, customer service should be much better.

The summerduo code did not automatically work for me to get the 2 free items with purchase. It said my purchase wasn't eligible. After doing it a few times and checking it worked. Usually I don't have that problem. Not a big deal but if I didn't know better I would have just quit and not gotten my product.

My package came beautifully presented in a signature green box with each item carefully protected. I’m a huge fan of the crème de La Mer as well as the treatment lotion. They have been a staple in my routine for years now. Purchasing through the brand site allows for some small freebie incentives as well! They are great for travel.

I placed an order on May 4th for mother’s day. I initially got charged for express shipping, but that was inexplicably cancelled, but the website says two to five business days for standard, and so I hoped that maybe it would be there on time (the 9th or before) or at least on Monday the 11th. However, it wasn’t even shipped until Friday the 8th. At that point, the tracking information said “awaiting pickup by carrier.” After a full week, Friday the 15th, eleven days after I had placed the order, the tracking still said “awaiting carrier pickup, which means La Mer’s warehouse and shipping is utterly incompetent. I called customer service. Super nice woman. They very nicely had the order re-sent (on Friday the 15th), but it didn’t actually go out for another 6 days because, again, the warehouse and shipping must be a disaster. Would have been nice to get express shipping added to that just as lagniappe especially since the warehouse was useless before and was again. Still should have taken less than 5 business days from that to get sent to my mom after the call, but of course it wasn’t shipped until the 20th, when a five business days estimate would be impossible without being overnighted. So the $600 dollars of product that I ordered, with no back-ordered item, on May 4th, didn’t get delivered until May 26th. Completely unacceptable. Also the survey they sent me about my purchase experience had expired by the time my mom received the order. What a horrible company, albeit with exceptional customer service. I would now never use La Mer for myself anymore (though I really like it!) and would get any future gifts at Nordstrom where employees are generally competent.

THE PRODUCTS ARE BEYOND EXCELLENT. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE. I HAVE TOSSED EVERYTHING HAVING TO DO WTH MY PREVIOUS SKINCARE REGIME AND ONLY USE LA MER - THEY WORK! VERY NICE TO BE TOLD I LOOK 20 YEARS YOUNGER THAN MY TRUE AGE!!

The lipstick was totally melted in the container. I had to send pictures to deal with it. The moisturizer box was damage - product seems ok, haven't really dealt with it yet.
