I wanted to take a moment to share feedback from a recent visit to your Fort Myers location and to recognize an exceptional team member.
Nazik Anton was my sales representative, and she was truly outstanding. I came into the store knowing I was only looking for one accent chair, yet she generously spent a great deal of time walking me through the showroom, answering questions, and helping me explore options with no pressure at all. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care for the customer experience really stood out.
Unfortunately, I was unable to complete my purchase in store because I needed to use my Affirm account for payment. Nazik was gracious and understanding, even though I was disappointed that I could not finalize the purchase and contribute to her commission that day. It is possible there was a misunderstanding on my end regarding the process, but it would be wonderful if in store purchases using Affirm were allowed so sales associates do not miss opportunities they have worked hard to earn.
Aside from this one limitation, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences with Citi Furniture and have purchased from you frequently in the past. This visit reinforced why I continue to return, largely because of associates like Nazik who make the experience feel personal and enjoyable.
