The dresser and crib arrived and the crib had already chipped and some of the finish was removed. I’m concerned about the quality and longevity of this product and what will happen once the baby begins teething and chewing on the crib. If it’s already chipped upon arrival I am concerned how much worse it will become with wear and tear. Otherwise, online ordering and delivery were a seamless process.

THIS HAS BEEN THE VERY WORST FURNITURE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THEY DELIVERED A 3 PIECE SECTIONAL BUT THE MIDDLE PIECE WAS DAMAGED IN DELIVERY AND HAD BROKEN LEGS. THE SECTIONAL WAS USELESS. I CONTACTED CITYHOME IMMEDIATELY TO HAVE TO DEAL IWHT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME LEGS. THEY TOLD ME I COULD DRIVE 45 MILES TO EXCHANGE THE PIECE AT MY COST . FOR REAL?? AFTER 4 HOURS OF HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION I TOLD THEM TO COME PICK IT UP AND GIVE ME A REFUND ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I HAVE TO SIT ON THREE HUGEPIECES OF DAMAGED FURNITURE UNTIL THEY CAN GET HERE A WEEK LATER. I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINEESS WITH THEM I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO PICK UP THIS MESS OF A DELIVERY AND ISSUE MY REFUND HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

The White glove delivery was great. Also, I called customer service because I forgot to add the white glove delivery to my order. The representative was extremely helpful. She even offered the service contract and I added that too. Great customer service.

Website is self explanatory, generally easy to find what you’re looking for. However, I wish some products like pillows to sleep on were available to buy in store or even as an option to ship to your local store for free pickup. Because I love your rest and renew pillows so much I wanted to have a 2nd pair just to find out I have to pay $39 shipping for pillows..
