After receiving the item it’s too small for our area(it wasn’t available to see at the store so we didn’t know) and to return it cost 99.00 on top of the 40 for shipping I paid $140 for something I didn’t keep but you get to resell. Seems not fair and a lot of money to lose.

I ordered the products because I was having family stay with me for my niece's baptism, the earliest they could get it to me was the day of the baptism so I asked for my delivery to be before noon about 4 days in advance. The chat bot told me they would mark it in my file. I get an email at 5:57 the day before saying my delivery would be between 12:30-3:30 when I am gone, I go back to the chat bot to reach out to a person and they say their office is closed at 6 so I couldn't reschedule the order. I sent an email back that the delivery time would not work and never got a response. The morning of I reached out to the associate and they said they would reach out to the driver to ask if they could meet me earlier to which they got no response. I get a call from the delivery driver asking to deliver the product and I tell them I'm not available. I finally get a call back from a city home associate saying the only thing they have in my file is the delivery driver calling and saying I'm returning the product, nothing about the other three reach out attempts that I made. Finally we rescheduled it after my family had already left so they slept on a mattress on the floor while they visited. The product just arrived.

Delivery was great. However discovered the day of delivery that all of my items were on same. Contacted live chat and was told that yes I would receive a credit but I needed to contact customer service. I’ve emailed them twice and still not resolved.

I stopped into your Ft Lauderdale store and was met by a very rude middle age male sales person. He had absolutely no interest in helping me and actual got into an argument with a younger saleswomen who tried to help me. He basically told me to go home and order on line. Absolutely crazy!

Disappointment with hard couch

The couch looked beautiful and felt comfortable in the store, so I was excited to have it delivered. While it looked just as nice at home, the comfort was absolutely disappointing. It was so hard that it felt almost defective. I gave it a few days, hoping I would get used to it, but I couldn’t. I understood that there was a three-day return policy, but I didn’t realize that meant calendar days rather than business days. When I returned it within five days, the store refused to honor the return without charging me a 15% restocking fee. I’m very disappointed with both the couch’s comfort and how this was handled. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

well i got a giod experience with the furniture i wanted i got bad experience one of the dinning chairs welding was broken from manifacturer abd yiuvguys trued ti charge ke to have a person come look at it and make me pay for them to come out but you guys took care of that
