City Furniture had most of the items I was looking for, for myself and my family for Christmas. I purchased Purple mattress, deluxe frame, pillow. They had one style of the pillows I was looking for but had to purchase the others elsewhere. The items were delivered quickly, on time, and staff were friendly. I accidentally purchased the wrong size pillow and immediately contacted customer service. It took until the next day to recieve a response by email and was told could not exchange pillow for the right size. I contacted by phone to discuss further and was on hold for an hour and a half. Then talked to a few different people over the next hour. Was told by everyone I would not need able to exchange the pillows size (which was over 200.00) even though that brand offers a 30 day exchange on their pillows on their site. Finally talked with a supervisor who agreed to exchange the pillow for a 30.00 restocking fee. This situation was frustrating because I had just spent over 2,0000.00 on the total purchase and just needed to exchange the new in box pillow for different size the day it was delivered. But once they rectified, the exchange process was very easy, They returned to my home to exchange the pillow, as I’m an hour from the nearest store, within a few days.
