I received my table without the necessary hardware for assembly. When I first contacted customer service, I chose the callback option after already waiting on hold for 20 minutes. However, I never received a callback. The next day, I called again and waited 35 minutes to speak with a representative. I was then told there was a note in the system claiming that I had been contacted and refused the parts, which is completely inaccurate and very concerning.
As a result, my table—which was supposed to be ready by Friday the 6th for a party on the 7th—could not be assembled due to the missing hardware. Customer service scheduled a new delivery for Tuesday, but this requires me to miss a day of work to receive it. While I appreciate that the $39 delivery fee was credited, this does not compensate for the lost wages, inconvenience, and frustration caused by this situation.
Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing, especially due to the incorrect information in your system and the lack of timely resolution.
