The salesman was very nice. I wasn’t ready to purchase that day so I asked for his card and we played phone tag for about a week and a half to the point that I ended up just buying it online. I loved the couch. I loved the ease of buying it online. The reason I took one star away is the delivery. The crew that delivered it started unpackaging it and when he put one of the pieces down, I noticed that he left dirty fingerprints on the base of the couch, where he picked it up. I noticed the other fellow was wearing gloves, but this one was not. I asked him to put on gloves and he said he didn’t have any and proceeded to wipe his dirty hands on his dirty pants. That’s when I really started looking and realized that the couch was dirty in many different areas. The guy with the gloves who is older and I’m guessing in charge decided to tell me that it was not dirty, that it was the lighting. I showed him the clear finger marks, and he smirked. Then he rolled his eyes and told the younger guy to go get the cleaning kit. Now call me crazy but I don’t wanna spend $2500 on a couch that they need to set up a cleaning service for. And furthermore, I don’t think it’s my job to sit there and argue with the Delivery men whether something is dirt or a shadow because I’m not crazy. That really changed the experience for me. The couches lovely but now I have to take off work on Friday to wait for the cleaning service. All they have to do is be more careful and wear gloves
