Currently awaiting a response / call back from Customer Service. I was informed that I would hear back within 24-48 hours. I didn’t hear back so I reached out again and the issue (missing parts of product that I purchased) was not resolved and was told that I would hear back in another 24-48 hours. I’m still waiting. If the issue gets resolved I’ll be very happy with the purchase. If not, I’ll be disappointed.

The pillow case is separate from the pillow itself. I was shocked how flimsy the pillow was! Not nearly enough padding. Assembled it was pitifully flat and thin. But I was heading out of town so didn’t have time to return it to the store. Ridiculously short return window! And the closest store is an hour away. I am annoyed that the item description didn’t say the pillowcase was separate and I had to assemble it!! I won’t buy anything from City Furniture again.

Great set up and easy to navigate. Cite information was clear and the way things were organized made it easy to find what I was looking for. Billing and putting in the address was clear and concise. I think the only thing that would have been nice to have is when setting up a delivery choosing a preferred time slot as well as date. I understand it might be hard to organize that but even if its a couple hour window it would be helpful.
