Very easy order process. Hoops are pretty but a bit smaller than expected. I did examine the photos before purchasing and they look much larger on the model in photo. I know Huggies are small but these are a gift and unfortunately I don’t feel that they are reflective of the value of the gift. Also the box is huge for the Huggies which exacerbates the issue. The presentation could be much better.

The first thing that I purchased, I asked very clearly if it was Comfort fit, and your representative told me yes. When I received it, it was absolutely not Comfort fit and not comfortable at all. It was returned. Better training will give you better results with your customers.

Customer service reps have been friendly and responsive. I have purchased 1 loose diamond for resetting locally and another in a BE setting that I am very happy with. An additional order was placed that I wasn’t as excited about once I read River them and the exchange process is positive and seamless. I definitely recommend to family & friends and most likely will purchase from BE in the future :)

I had trouble getting the free bonus diamond studs to appear on my order after clicking on them. Also I found the use of the terms bag and cart unspecific and unclear. It seems as though the only reason for the cart to exist was to put the free studs in it, then it disappeared. Fortunately, a phone call to a delightful young lady was all it took to rectify the matter. Problem solved.

The brilliant earth website is very easy to use. I was able to find a setting that my fiancé really liked and then they give you choices of a variety of stones both natural and lab created.. their system allows you to select different stones and show them as they would appear in the setting and allows you to rotate the setting so that you can see all the different angles. It was truly a wonderful experience and my fiancé is more than happy with the ring that she chose.

I made a special purchase for myself Brilliant Earth in March (2026). After retrieving my jewelry, I was so pleased with my purchase that I decided to purchase another piece of jewelry for a relative's birthday in April. My piece of jewelry included a complimentary piece of jewelry with this purchase. It was lovely. As I had decided to buy another piece for my relative's birthday, I looked through several pieces and I believed this piece of jewelry also qualified for a complimentary gift. I was so excited for this relative, to receive two pieces of jewelry. It was delivered today and ... there was no complimentary piece of jewelry with the purchase. I went back into the invoice and became aware that if I completed a survey, we could be in a drawing for a complimentary drawing (for a pair of diamond earrings). Disappointing discovery. When I consider the amount of my original purchase (that 'qualified' for a complimentary piece of jewelry), I can understand why the second purchase did not qualify. This was my mistake, I will pay closer attention in the future, but I love that I have found a company that has quality products and gifts can be shipped and delivered very quickly.

I was able to find a diamond of the size and quality that I was looking for, also at a very good price. But then finding a necklace to highlight the diamond was a small problem. A large selection of rings but no necklaces were available. I contacted Brilliant Earth by chat and right away I was shown three to chose from. I would have liked to had a larger selection to pick from. Over all this being my first time to shop at Brilliant Earth I'm very pleased and I do recommend this site.

1. 14K Yellow Gold 3mm Medium Perfect Hoop Earrings The design needs improvement. The post is too thin and very difficult to guide through the ear piercing. It takes a lot of effort to put them on, which makes the wearing experience frustrating. This seems to be a design issue. 2. 14K Yellow Gold Zelda Lab Diamond Huggie Hoop Earrings (2 ct. tw.) The post on this pair is the opposite problem — it is too thick and too short. I had a very hard time inserting it into my piercing, and it significantly affects the overall wearing experience. 3. 14K Yellow Gold Dezi 16 in. Herringbone Necklace (2.8mm) Excellent piece. Very shiny and beautiful, and it looks great when worn. I’m very happy with this necklace.

This purchase was to update a gift to my daughter-- I had given her an inexpensive pendant that said "you are my sunshine" years ago... despite it being very tarnished, she continues to wear it daily.
