Th website for my demographic is a bit too cold. It reads a little dated but over all I think their website is well put together. I appreciated the range of colors and lighting for gems. I also love the facts included about the stones. But for myself, I didn’t see a wedding band I would I would want. I do like more bohemian feeling jewelry, thicker banded rings. I was secretly hoping to see a ring with paver diamonds to look like a thick glittering band of sequins. But I know that is just personal preference. Good job on the site! I’m proud of you✨⚡️❤️🔥🏵️

Hi, I called customer support after I received my purchase order, because I neglected to add a code so that I would receive the promotional gift. The promotion was for a pair of quarter carat diamond stud earrings if I spent over $1000. It was a very good offer but I’ve neglected to enter the code when I purchased the jewelry. But your customer support agent was very kind and friendly and helpful. She said that she would send me the earrings in another shipment. I appreciate that very much. Thank you!

It started well with a courteous conversation on the phone with Dianne. When I told her I needed a quick delivery for an important birthday gift, she even offered free expedited delivery. Delivery was promised by FEDEX by 9/3 for the 9/5 birthday. FEDEX started sending me a series of delay notices as the necklace wound it's way around the country. So it was supposed to arrive by 9/6 then 9/8. I finally received it last night. This was her big gift. I now have to make a special trip to take it to my daghters house with my apologies for the delay. Dianne did try to help but I'm wondering do you want to switch delivery companies?
