This is the first big purchase on myself for my 35 bday! For my bday, I want to treat myself something gold bling bling, and Ive been searching for a yellow gold tennis bracelet for a few weeks now. I find the price on Brilliant Earth is amazing, and Im looking forward to the surprise giveaway item as well. I hope it will be Yellow gold cause im into yellow gold lately. Other than that, I can't wait to receive my bday bling.

I loved the feature of being able to see the ring on different colored skin tones. I also loved being able to see how the engraving would look on certain rings and how they would look with the amount of text.

The fedex delivery options were bullshit. I got lucky my wife was home when they delivered the thing. The dude in the phone was no help, just told me they deliver 3 times when I’m at work and tough luck if I have a job that keeps me from signing for the thing at my front door. Can’t change delivery date via fedex OR via brilliant earth. Three attempts then you have 3 business days to pick it up or they send the thing back where it came from. If you can’t get to a store that has the product available don’t bother

Great experience overall. I like that there was a variety of what seem to be authentic reviews from other customers vs. customer reviews that had been filtered in any way. It would have been great to be able to use a discount code, particularly for the first purchase, as this was for me, so a little disappointed in that.

One thing I'm not super happy about is from the photos online I can't really tell how big the product is. I wish there would have a button when I could compare the size of one earing next to another. And then put those next to a banana. I'm really not kidding.

The diamond selection screen is a bit awkward if you start with the setting. It would be better if after selecting the setting, it goes back to the select stone page instead of auto selecting.

Overall, look at the website is clean that’s what attracted it to me I wasn’t planning on making a purchase but playing around with the website and moving videos seeing the item in 3D sold me I guess one bad thing could be that you don’t have a section just categorize the items individually You have to go to synthetic diamonds then rings or diamonds then rings But overall a good site

I wanted top get some Diamond earrings for my wife and I five year anniversary. I got her engagement ring from brilliant earth and so I wanted to also get some studs to match from the same supplier. I found some beautiful studs and they also were running a promotion with an additional set of free smaller studs to go with it so if my wife wanted to get another piercing, she could use those. Unfortunately, the package came a few days late, but it still came in time for our anniversary, and I can't wait to see the look on her face when I give it to her

The Good: Molly, my online assistant was unbelievable and helpful. She walked me through each step thoroughly answering and at time providing information I was about to ask. What an amazing person she was. I recommend her highly to which deserves a raise. THANK YOU MOLLY!!!!!!! The Bad: Affirm prequalified me at a low interest then when I purchased hit me with a Hugh interest apr rate. It was deceiving. I would ave liked it if I was given the apr that I qualified at least it wouldn't have been a shock. Overall, I love B.E. and have purchased many types of jewelry over the years and will continue to use for many years to come.
