I ordered 5 beautiful items from your company - a king sized duvet insert, a duvet set, a bench for the end of our bed, a small triangular side table and a nesting set side table. The duvet set came immediately and was gorgeous! The insert is comfortable but VERY loud and crunchy sounding... I cancelled the bench because it was taking so long. And almost did the same for the two side tables however they were to unique to pass on. When they finally arrived (almost 3 months after ordering) they were absolutely more than I expected! That being said, I would probably not use your online store again opting for a physical store where the salesperson can tell me when it is available. Thank you

When looking at the picture of the duvets, it would be nice if Wen pictured with shams, it would say not included since shams and duvets are sold separately. Lisa Nelson was very helpful clarifying the features of a partial sectional I am considering purchasing. She even went to the showroom and confirmed the functionality of the sectional piece I want to order. This extra effort gives me confidence that if/when I decide to make a $5,ooo+ purchase, I will get the features I want. I am just awaiting 3 swatches so I can select the right color.
