Ordered fabric samples of the products we ordered in store. Easy to order samples, though not quite that easy to find them. Colors of samples on computer didn't always look like the sample colors in the store.

The sales associate advised a king size sham would fit my queen bed but it was too big. I had to order queen size shams and then return the king shams. Then, one of the queen shams arrived ripped so now I have to return to the store to have them reorder another queen sham. Store sales personnel very helpful but it has taken me a lot of time to get the correct bedding.

Delvery to our zip code was an issue. Only 1 day per week and on a weekday. No very convenient for those that need to be at work. Sales person at Princeton were helpful and assisted with a resolution for this item. Probably would not work for a larger purchase. Would recommend furniture to some.....prices are high even with 30 % off.

We were sold Beckham double chaise furniture based on your CAAT design with measurements prior to purchase which I have in writing with time stamp from our salesmen Roger. What showed up is much shorter chaise lengths and now I'm being told it's a different size after delivery. He made a mistake and we purchased this unit over another based on the design blueprint he provided. Which also has the main unit we wanted which that also has inaccurate measurements. He said the people he escalated to keep "shooting him down, saying to bad basically nothing will be done. I have proof prior to purchase that what we received isn't what was provided by salesmen in writing. Considering this was the basis for choosing said unit, we want the unit replaced with the Allure which now we know has the measurements we want but we're told in advance it was different lengths. It's a mess and not our fault we made a purchase based on wrong specs provided prior to purchase. I would like a call from corporate care.
