Just want to say this is the only time I have had a bad experience. The sales agent was rude and trying to rush me through my order. I ordered a 1,200 dollar guitar, and as any salesman, he tried to upscale after we ran through the guitar process. I totally I understand doing that and expect it. First he didn’t know what a reamp pedal was, and tried to suggest a. Effects pedal. Again, that doesn’t bother me. I picked out the pedal, but he couldn’t answer any questions. Still didn’t bother me because there are a lot of products so I would assume one person would know everything. But then I wanted to add strings, and this was when I did get upset. I didn’t say anything though. He was looking up the strings I wanted and I had the page open on my phone, and turns out we were both talking about different strings. He got frustrated and I didn’t, no point in that. He was nice up until this point and the. Said it was time for me to decide and get on with it. So now he is rushing me. I unfortunately have stage 4 end stage liver disease. One of the symptoms is that I get extremely flustered when I am put on the spot or rushed, so I said the wrong strings and then realized it, but he was just pissed and not even replying when I was apologizing. Again, I just ordered a guitar and thought he would be happy for the sale. Also, I was double billed. It went away three days later but my funds were on hold at my bank because of it and it caused some problems. The customer support that I spoke to about this were both very helpful. I do t want you guys to think this is anything more than one bad experience out of multiple good ones, but it was a really bad one.

Received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. However, for some reason, my playing style doesn’t work well with flat wound strings. Even with lubricant my fretting fingers stick on these strings bad enough that I won’t use them.

Good purchase I did research on the product and actually ordered the wrong keyboard I meant to order the Roland Ez but I’m learning fast in this one . Maybe after I pay off this one I’ll get the one I really want . It’s nice to have this one to learn though .. got here faster than I thought great condition and there’s lots of tutorials on line. Couldn’t be happier .

The Line 6 Spider Amp is a toy. It's for kids,toys are for kids. The sound is rubbery and You have to deep dive the menue constantly. It does sound better than the old Spider series but that's not saying much. It's a good coffee table Amp.
