Every time I try to check out on Victoria's Secret online using my VS credit card and a coupon code I end up having to call or chat with customer service. It never goes through on the first try. Also, this time, both my daughter and I were extremely disappointed that we could not use the code for the free panty with any purchase in conjunction with the $25 off a $100 + purchase. We used to be able to do that. It really put a damper on the entire experience, along with the usual more than challenging checkout.

I've never been a fan of the bras or lingerie, VS doesn't make my size in the chest, but I've always liked the underwear. This was a wonderful sale! The price is right and the designs are cute, and the quality is always top notch! I'm also really impressed with the delivery time! the only criticism I have is the mobile app/website. It was pretty glitchy and I had to re-do several things, including entering in my payment info, but I'm glad I stuck with it and was able to get my order.

The panty pack is terrible. I've gotten better underwear from Walmart. one of the hoodies I ordered is great. The fit on the other is terrible, it feels like the "arm pits" of the sleeves is down at your side. I love the crystal wings on the back but it's incredibly uncomfortable tome and I will be returning.

I have waited a long time for a company to come out with a product that had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and perfume or body mist in one scent. So I was overjoyed when I found that Victoria's Secret had come out with that and it was in my favorite scent. But upon receiving it I found the shampoo and conditioner and body wash really aren't very scented and was highly disappointed in that

Purchase online items and attachments of coupon code never works and everytime its headache to contact CS and disconnecting with multiple agents as every new agent dont know what's going on so for 2 min work of attachments of coupon code its taking 45 min to 1 hours in chat which is not worthy

The website is really easy to go through, along with the filter system being easy to-use. I really like the array of both color and type of clothing/undergarments that is available. Though sometimes the filtering system isn't always accurate, or you can't select some styles even if previously seen to be there. Either way I'm super happy with everything! picking out my order was easy to do, and I can't wait to receive them :)

My order was canceled because there were “questions pertaining to my account”. I don’t have an account, I don’t want an account with you guys. If you had a question, why didn’t you just ask? This is incredibly frustrating because now I have to wait for the refund. Will not be repurchasing and will most likely not be a returning customer now

I just bought 2 of the VSX Sports Bras and they are so nice! They fit great and are so comfortable! My package came on time and everything was great! I highly suggest shopping at VS they are very helpful when needed, and the selection is so great with everything but looking for Sports bras they have a huge selection! the Sports bras they have others like the VSX but different backing. They are so cute! I love shopping at VS they have such great products that are made very durable and last years! You just can't go wrong with Victoria's Secret and I will be a customer for life!

I wouldn't recommend mainly because of the expense. I ordered because of a deal that was going on and my order still didn't arrive the first time ordered, it was returned automatically by USPS. I waiting to see if Victoria Secret would refund me but I had to contact after so long to get the situation fixed

There was a great sale on Victoria’s Secret underwear and perfume. I purchased two bottles of perfume and got 7 pairs of underwear for a great price. I’m pleased with the quality of the underwear, the elastic seems better than it had been being. My bottle of Bombshell was big and a great price.

There was a sale for tshirt bras at Victoria secret that looked good. Very pretty color and pattern options. There were lace lined ones also that I am not personally a fan of, but if I were they were the cutest! I had a hard time not purchasing too many bras. I stopped at 5. Theyre colorful and beautiful and comfortable. They are also shaped a little better than my bras of a different brand, in that they don't have the empty gap at the top and dont squeeze me too tightly. I love them and am so happy that I came across the sale!

so I did a search on sports bras then changed search color and then it gave me more then sports bra option I didn't want to leave sports bras. so this needs fixed I want to search sport bra and then color

The experience was good. I was looking for specific types of bras and it happened that I came upon the buy 2 get 1 free so that was a plus and I saw that the Levi’s jeans that I like were also on sale so that was another plus

I ordered an item from the store and wasn't able to pick it up on time as I was traveling. I called customer service and they said that they would be able to extend my pickup by 5 buisness days. I then received an email that my order was cancelled for not picking it up at the original date. I called again and they replaced my order but then that got cancelled for some reason. It's frustrating to keep calling and trying to get my item.
