I think that it's amazing that the website lets you browse in specific categories but I'm a little disappointed that there isn't a general tab where I can see all the products as someone visiting the site for the first time. I did come to the site for a specific product but I found myself wanting to look at what else the site had to offer but the lack of general tab made it tiring and slightly annoying having to jump between specific areas such as sleepwear and athletic attire.

When I buy online I hope my next purchases will be easier to get a refund, when it comes to purchasing the items online and returning in stores why did I get store credit? and it took about 3 weeks for me to get the gift cards in my email. I paid with my debit card and now I have no choice but to purchase items from Victoria’s Secret I only buy things for my sister and I really don’t shop here glad i was able to find something I only buy lightweight undies and only neutral colors sometimes they’re always out of certain black underwear online and in store so here I am 3 months later buying something with the E-gift cards!!! Do better or maybe train your employees better on returns it took 20 mins and 2 girls to do a basic return back to my card and then it never went back on my card had online receipt and the card!!

There were many good sales, like the $25 for 1.7 oz perfumes, and 40% off. I also received a little gift guide with coupons that I was able to use on top of the sales with my order. Something that made me not add and purchase an item was my sizing being sold out.

The primary item I wanted and selected and was in the cart became unavailable immediately after midnight as I went to check out.
