Although my internet connection was high speed and stable the website seemed to glitch and freeze. On multiple occasions I had to refresh in order to get the page to load properly. Under normal circumstances I would have purchased from another vendor given the issues but due to the semi annual sale I felt the prices were worth the effort to get the site to work.

I am very disappointed and feel I was misled. I added some products on clearance to my card and an add for $25 off my purchase popped up if I applied for a credit card. I did and was accepted. I tried to redeem my $25 off and was not able to use this. Tiny print after the fact states it cannot be used on clearance items. I never would have applied for a credit card had this been stated in the first place. Why was this even offered with an exact total of what my purchase would be if I cannot use it. I feel like I was scammed and had to buy something that cost more than $25 in order to redeem my $25 off. I thought Victoria’s Secret was better than this and didn’t need to stoop into fooling customers into getting credit cards with false incentives. I plan on canceling my card as soon as I receive it and will not be purchasing anything from Victoria’s Secret in the future. I will save up for beauty products at large department stores instead.

I wish they were more honest about the delivery date. I paid a little extra to have my package delivered on Friday, June 12th, because I needed it for a birthday gift I was giving on Saturday. The order tracking stated it would be delivered that day, but later in the afternoon, they changed the delivery date to June 15th.

I had to log out from my Victoria’s Secret account because it was not offering free shipping even though I had more than $100 in my cart. I tried to contact live chat ai did not help at all so I ended up logging out just to get the free shipping and then just putting it on my Victoria’s Secret credit card.
